A word on submission

I had a strong impression that the books on our bookshelves need to be viewed and some books need to leave our homes immediately. The L-rd is preparing not only our hearts for all that’s coming, but He also wants to prepare our eyes and ears. So it’s going to be critical that we clean our house from filthy influences. The books, games, TV shows, videos, etc. that our eyes have seen and our ears have heard that never used to bother us before, have now become thorns in our side.

I feel this word is specifically for those who are experiencing sickness that just won’t leave. And even though they have anointed their homes, called in people to pray over them in Yeshua’s name and earnestly beseeched the presence of G-d to dwell in their homes, a spirit of sickness remains. I believe this is because there are open doors that have allowed satan, the accuser and legalist, to enter and dwell in their midst.

Sadly the enemy has gained a foothold in our homes and bodies. I’m grateful that I no longer have a desire to watch movies or videos except for those I’m told to watch. But as an avid reader, I’m now asking the L-rd which books and objects I need to remove immediately from our home.

The forces of evil that have risen up in our lives desire complete control over our minds, hearts and bodies. The things that are coming in the next years will confirm the complete stripping away of any freedoms we thought we had. And while the evil forces believe they already have complete control over us by not allowing us to go to certain places without their stamp of approval, they have no clue what it means to be completely submitted to Yeshua.

And here is where our victory resides – through our complete submission of all we own and all we are to the King of Kings. During this process of purification let’s ask Yeshua what we need to do so that He can create in us a clean heart and fill our lamps with His oil.
