Isn’t all of our trials and testings for us to learn to trust in God and in His Word more with all our heart and soul and mind and strength? Yes!
Proverbs 3:5 Trust in the LORD with all your heart, and lean not on your own understanding; 3:6 In all your ways acknowledge Him, and He shall direct your paths.
John 8:31 Then Yeshua said to those Jews who believed Him, “If you abide in My Word, you are My disciples indeed. 8:32 And you shall know the Truth, and the Truth shall make you free.”
But there is so much more to this than just in trusting in God and in His Word. It also has to do with our developing an absolute trust in the finished work of the Cross!
Isaiah 53:4 Surely He has borne our griefs and carried our sorrows; Yet we esteemed Him stricken, smitten by God, and afflicted. 53:5 But He was wounded for our transgressions, He was bruised for our iniquities. The chastisement for our peace was upon Him, and by His stripes we are healed!
1 Peter 2:24 …who Himself bore our sins in His own body on the tree, that we, having died to sins, might live for righteousness, by whose Stripes you were healed!
Matthew 8:16 When evening had come, they brought to Him many who were demon-possessed. And He cast out the spirits with a word, and healed all who were sick, 8:17 that it might be fulfilled which was spoken by Isaiah the prophet, saying, “He Himself took our infirmities and bore our sichnesses!”
Yeshua, the Son of God, the Son of Man, the Word of God made flesh paid the full price for all of our sins by dying in our place on the Cross for all of our sins, in order that we might have Eternal Life.
Yeshua paid the price 100% on the Cross for everything that we would ever go through, even if our trials and tests should mean our death!
Revelation 12:11 And they overcame him by the Blood of the Lamb and by the word of their testimony, and they did not love their lives to the death.
1 Peter 1:3 Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Yeshua the Messiah, who according to His abundant Mercy has begotten us again to a living hope through the Resurrection of Yeshua the Messiah from the dead, 1:4 to an inheritance incorruptible and undefiled and that does not fade away, reserved in Heaven for you, 1:5 who are kept by the Power of God through faith for Salvation ready to be revealed in the last time. 1:6 In this you greatly rejoice, though now for a little while, if need be, you have been grieved by various trials, 1:7 that the genuineness of your faith, being much more precious than gold that perishes, though it is tested by fire, may be found to praise, honor, and glory at the revelation of Yeshua the Messiah …
Revelation 7:14 So he said to me, “These are the ones who come out of the Great Tribulation, and washed their robes and made them white in the Blood of the Lamb. 7:15 Therefore they are before the Throne of God, and serve Him day and night in His Temple. And He who sits on the Throne will dwell among them.
7:16 They shall neither hunger anymore nor thirst anymore; the sun shall not strike them, nor any heat; 7:17 for the Lamb who is in the midst of the Throne will Shepherd them and lead them to Living Fountains of waters. And God will wipe away every tear from their eyes.”
Romans 8:37 Yet in all these things we are more than conquerors through Him who loved us.
As sons and daughters of God in the making, our confession, what we speak out of our mouth during the times of all our trials and testings bears most critical consequences. For like our God we also are creators of our own realities in what we speak. Are we speaking life or death out of our mouth over ourselves and over others, especially during the times of our greatest trials?
Proverbs 18:21 Death and life are in the power of the tongue, and those who love it will eat its fruit.
If narrow is the gate and difficult is the way that leads into Everlasting Life, that means that just ahead of each one of us will be more trials and testings, which have been orchestrated and allowed by God, as we head further along that difficult way into Life.
Matthew 7:13 “Enter by the narrow gate; for wide is the gate and broad is the way that leads to destruction, and there are many who go in by it. 7:14 Because narrow is the gate and difficult is the way which leads to Life, and there are few who find it.”
But aren’t all of our trials and testings for also making us more into both the image and the likeness of our Lord Yeshua; to be more like our God who created us? Absolutely! (Genesis 1:26)
Philippians 3:10 … that I may know Him and the Power of His Resurrection, and the fellowship of His sufferings, being conformed to His death, 3:11 if, by any means, I may attain to the Resurrection from the dead.
Galatians 4:19 My little children, for whom I labor in birth again until Christ (Messiah) is formed in you …
Hebrews 2:10 For it was fitting for Him, for whom are all things and by whom are all things, in bringing many sons to Glory, to make the Captain of their Salvation perfect through sufferings.
Romans 8:14 For as many as are led by the Spirit of God, these are sons of God. 8:15 For you did not receive the spirit of bondage again to fear, but you received the Spirit of adoption by whom we cry out, “Abba, Father.” 8:16 The Spirit Himself bears witness with our spirit that we are children of God, 8:17 and if children, then heirs, heirs of God and joint heirs with Christ, if indeed we suffer with Him, that we may also be Glorified together.
Romans 8:28 And we know that all things work together for good to those who love God, to those who are the called according to His purpose. 8:29 For whom He foreknew, He also predestined to be conformed to the image of His Son, that He might be the firstborn among many brethren. 8:30 Moreover whom He predestined, these He also called; whom He called, these He also justified; and whom He justified, these He also glorified. 8:31 What then shall we say to these things? If God is for us, who can be against us? 8:32 He who did not spare His own Son, but delivered Him up for us all, how shall He not with Him also freely give us all things?
Hosea 1:10 “Yet the number of the children of Israel shall be as the sand of the sea, which cannot be measured or numbered. And it shall come to pass n the place where it was said to them, ‘You are not My people,’ there it shall be said to them, ‘You are sons of the living God!’
Romans 9:25 As He says also in Hosea, “I will call them My people, who were not My people, and her beloved, who was not beloved. 9:26 And it shall come to pass in the place where it was said to them, ‘You are not My people,’ there they shall be called sons of the Living God!”
2 Corinthians 6:16 And what agreement has the Temple of God with idols? For you are the Temple of the Living God. As God has said, “I will dwell in them and walk among them. I will be there God, and they shall be My people.” 6:18 “I will be a Father to you, and you shall be My sons and daughters, says the LORD Almighty.”
1 John 4:10 In this is love, not that we loved God, but that He loved us and sent His Son to be the propitiation for our sins. 4:11 Beloved, if God so loved us, we also ought to love one another. 4:12 No one has seen God at any time. If we love one another, God abides in us, and His love has been perfected in us. 4:16 God is love, and he who abides in love abides in God, and God (abides) in him. 4:17 Love has been perfected among us in this: that we may have boldness in the Day of Judgment; because as He is, so are we in this world!
John 13:34 “A new Commandment I give to you, that you love one another; as I have loved you, that you also love one another. 13:35 By this all will know that you are My disciples, if you have love for one another.”
John 15:13 “Greater love has no one than this, than to lay down one’s life for his friends. 15:14 You are My friends if you do whatever I command you!
John 14:23 Yeshua answered and said to him, “If anyone loves Me, he will keep My Word; and My Father will Love him, and We will come to him and make Our home with him. 14:24 He who does not love Me does not keep My Words; and the Word which you hear is not Mine but My Father’s who sent Me.”
1 Corinthians 13:1 Though I speak with the tongues of men and of angels, but have not love, I have become sounding brass or a clanging cymbal. 13:2 And though I have the gift of prophecy, and understand all mysteries and all knowledge, and though I have all faith, so that I could remove mountains, but have not love, I am nothing. 13:3 And though I bestow all my goods to feed the poor, and though I give my body to be burned, but have not love, it profits me nothing. 13:4 Love (is patient) suffers long, and is kind; love does not envy; love does not parade itself, is not puffed up; 13:5 does not behave rudely, does not seek its own, is not provoked, thinks no evil; 13:6 does not rejoice in iniquity, but rejoices in the truth; 13:7 bears all things, believes all things, hopes all things, endures all things. 13:8 Love never fails!
But whether there are prophecies, they will fail; whether there are tongues, they will cease; whether there is knowledge, it will vanish away. 13:9 For we know in part and we prophesy in part. 13:10 But when that which is perfect has come, then that which is in part will be done away. 13:11 When I was a child, I spoke as a child, I understood as a child, I thought as a child. But when I became a man, I put away childish things. 13:13 And now abide faith, hope, love, these three; but the Greatest of these is love!
Proverb 10:12 Hatred stirs up strife, but love covers all sins.
Proverb 19:11 The discretion of a man makes him slow to anger, and his glory is to overlook a transgression.
1 Peter 4:7 But the end of all things is at hand; therefore be serious and watchful in your prayers. 4:8 And above all things have fervent love for one another, for ‘love will cover a multitude of sins.’ 4:10 As each one has received a gift, minister it to one another, as good stewards of the manifold grace of God.
Matthew 5:43 “You have heard that it was said, ‘You shall love your neighbor and hate your enemy.’ 5:44 But I say to you, love your enemies, bless those who curse you, do good to those who hate you, and pray for those who spitefully use you and persecute you, 5:45 that you may be sons of your Father in Heaven; for He makes His sun rise on the evil and on the good, and sends rain on the just and on the unjust. 5:46 For if you love those who love you, what reward have you? Do not even the tax collectors do the same? 5:47 And if you greet your brethren only, what do you do more than others? Do not even the tax collectors do so? 5:48 Therefore you shall be perfect, just as your Father in Heaven is perfect.”
1 John 1:7 But if we walk in the light as He is in the light, we have fellowship with one another, and the Blood of Yeshua the Messiah His Son cleanses us from all sin. 1:8 If we say that we have no sin, we deceive ourselves, and the truth is not in us. 1:9 If we confess our sins, He is faithful and just to forgive us our sins and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness.
Leviticus 11:45 “For I am the LORD who brings you up out of the land of Egypt, to be your God. You shall therefore be holy, for I am Holy!”
Leviticus 19:2 “Speak to all the congregation of the children of Israel, and say to them, ‘You shall be holy, for I the LORD your God am Holy!”
1 Peter 1:15 but as He who called you is Holy, you also be holy in all your conduct, 1:16 it is written, “Be holy, for I am Holy!”
When what is coming against you is negative and from hell, be it on a physical, mental, emotional, or spiritual level, then that’s the time for you to not give in to any of those negative thoughts or feelings by speaking them aloud. But to boldly speak the Word of God, to totally change the enemy’s negative reality into God’s reality!
1 Peter 4:12 Beloved, do not think it strange concerning the fiery trial which is to try you, as though some strange thing happened to you; 4:13 but rejoice to the extent that you partake of Messiah’s sufferings, that when His Glory is revealed, you may also be glad with exceeding joy.
Isaiah 54:17 “No weapon formed against you shall prosper, and every tongue which rises against you in judgment you shall condemn. This is the heritage of the servants of the LORD, and their righteousness is from Me,” says the LORD.
2 Corinthians 10:4 For the weapons of our warfare are not carnal but Mighty in God for pulling down strongholds, 10:5 casting down arguments and every high thing that exalts itself against the knowledge of God, bringing every thought into captivity to the obedience of Christ …
One of our greatest weapons to disperse these negative battles against you is to just worship the LORD! Praise brings God’s presence which disperses the enemy and all his darkness!
Psalm 22:3 The LORD inhabits the praises of His people.
Luke 10:19 “Behold, I give you the Authority (exucia) to trample on serpents and scorpions, and over all the power of the enemy, and nothing shall by any means hurt you!”
Psalm 121:2 My help comes from the LORD, who made heaven and earth. 121:3 He will not allow your foot to be moved; He who keeps you will not slumber. 121:4 Behold, He who keeps Israel shall neither slumber nor sleep. 121: 7 The LORD shall preserve you from all evil; He shall preserve your soul. 121:8 The LORD shall preserve your going out and your coming in from this time forth, and even forevermore. (also read Isaiah 52:12)
Hebrews 9:14 …how much more shall the Blood of the Messiah, who through the Eternal Spirit offered Himself without spot to God, cleanse your conscience from dead works to serve the Living God?
Doing communion daily can bring great breakthrough.
Matthew 26:26 And as they were eating, Yeshua took bread, blessed and broke it, and gave it to the disciples and said, “Take, eat; this is My body.” 26:27 Then He took the cup, and gave thanks, and gave it to them, saying, “Drink from it, all of you.
26:28 For this is My Blood of the New Covenant, which is shed for many for the remission of sins. 26:29 But I say to you, I will not drink of this fruit of the vine from now on until that Day when I drink it new with you in My Father’s Kingdom.”
Hebrews 13:20 Now may the God of Peace who brought up our Lord Jesus from the dead, that great Shepherd of the sheep, through the Blood of the Everlasting Covenant, 13:21 make you complete in every good work to do His will, working in you what is well pleasing in His sight, through Jesus the Messiah, to whom be Glory forever and ever. Amen.

When You make His soul an offering for sin, He shall see His seed, He shall prolong His days, and the pleasure of the LORD shall prosper in His hand. 53:12 Therefore I will divide Him a portion with the great, and He shall divide the spoil with the strong. Because He poured out His soul unto death, and He was numbered with the transgressors, and He bore the sin of many, and made intercession for the transgressors.”
Genesis 18:14 “Is anything too hard for the LORD? At the appointed time I will return to you, according to the time of life, & Sarah shall have a son (Isaac).” … and the nation of Israel began.

John 17:1 Yeshua spoke these words, lifted up His eyes to Heaven, and said, “Father, the hour has come. Glorify Your Son, that Your Son also may glorify You, 17:2 as You have given Him Authority over all flesh, that He should give Eternal Life to as many as You have given Him. 17:3 And this is Eternal Life, that they may know You, the only true God, and Yeshua the Messiah whom You have sent.”

Isaiah 46:9 “Remember the former things of old, for I am God, and there is no other; I am God, and there is none like Me, 46:10 Declaring the end from the beginning, and from ancient times things that are not yet done, saying, ‘My counsel shall stand,
and all My pleasure I will do,’ 46:11 Calling a bird of prey from the east, the man who executes My counsel, from a far country. Indeed I have spoken it; I will also bring it to pass. I have purposed it; I will also do it!”
Isaiah 42:9 “Behold, the former things have come to pass, and new things I declare; before they spring forth I tell you of them.”

Hebrews 10:19 Therefore, brethren, having boldness to enter the Holiest by the Blood of Yeshua, 10:20 by a new and living way which He consecrated for us, through the veil, that is, His flesh, 10:21 and having a High Priest over the House of God, 10:22 let us draw near with a true heart in full assurance of faith, having our hearts sprinkled from an evil conscience and our bodies washed with pure water. 10:23 Let us hold fast the confession of our hope without wavering, for He who Promised is Faithful.
Isaiah 45:11 Thus says the LORD, the Holy One of Israel, and His Maker, “Ask of Me things to come concerning My sons; and concerning the work of My hands, you command Me!”

1 John 5:14 Now this is the confidence that we have in Him, that if we ask anything according to His will, He hears us. 5:15 And if we know that He hears us, whatever we ask, we know that we have the petitions that we have asked of Him!
