God is more concerned with developing our Christ like Character than in developing our Ministry! (Part 2)

Trusting in our God to Provide for all our needs: Salvation (Eternal Life), Healing, Deliverance, Provision, Protection, and Sonship!

Yeshua, the Son of God, came from Heaven to earth for many important reasons. But truly His most important reason of all was to show us His Father’s Love for all of us, as God’s lost children. Yeshua died on the Cross in our place for all our sins in order to be able to take away our orphan spirit bringing us into real sonship with Yeshua and His Heavenly Father as sons of God. For man’s spiritual connection with God had been cut off when Adam sinned.

Yeshua, as the Son of Man also came to redeem back dominion of earth from Satan into the authority of mankind. For dominion over the earth was originally given to the first man, Adam, who had lost this dominion to Satan when he sinned in the Garden of Eden.

We must put first things first.  The primary reason that we were sent here to earth is to become like our Lord and Savior Yeshuato be changed into Yeshua’s image and likeness.

Luke 6:40  “A disciple is not above his teacher, but everyone who is perfectly trained will be like his teacher.”

Genesis 1:26  Then God said, “Let Us make man in Our image, according to Our likeness; let them have dominion over the fish of the sea, over the birds of the air, and over the cattle, over all the earth and over every creeping thing that creeps on the earth.”  1:27 So God created man in His own image; in the image of God He created him; male and female He created them.  1:28  Then God blessed them, and God said to them, “Be fruitful and multiply …”

John 3:16  “For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have Everlasting Life.  3:17  For God did not send His Son into the world to condemn the world, but that the world through Him might be saved.  3:18  He who believes in Him is not condemned; but he who does not believe is condemned already, because he has not believed in the name of the only begotten Son of God.”

John 14:6  Yeshua said to him, “I am the Way, the Truth, and the Life.  No one comes to My Father except through Me.  14:7 If you had known Me, you would have known My Father also; and from now on you know Him and have seen Him.” 14:8  Philip said to Him, “Lord, show us Your Father, and it is sufficient for us.” 14:9  Yeshua said to him, “Have I been with you so long, and yet you have not known Me, Philip?  He who has seen Me has seen My Father; so how can you say, ‘Show us Your Father’?  14:10  Do you not believe that I am in My Father, & My Father is in MeThe Words that I speak to you I do not speak on My own authority; but My Father who dwells in Me does the works.  14:11  Believe Me that I am in My Father and My Father is in Me, or else believe Me for the sake of the works themselves.”

John 14:16  “And I will pray to My Father, and He will give you another Helper, that He may abide with you forever,  14:17  the Spirit of Truth (the Holy Spirit), whom the world cannot receive, because it neither sees Him nor knows Him.  But you know Him, for He dwells with you and will be in you.  14:18  I will not leave you orphans; I will come to you.  14:19  A little while longer and the world will see Me no more, but you will see Me.  Because I live, you will live also.  14:20  At that Day you will know that I am in My Father, and you in Me, and I in you.”

1 John 4:16  God is love, and he who abides in love abides in God, and God (abides) in him.  4:17  Love has been perfected among us in this: that we may have boldness in the Day of Judgment; because as He is, so are we in this world!

John 13:34  “A new Commandment I give to you, that you love one anotherAs I have loved you, that you also love one another.  13:35  By this all will know that you are My disciples, if you have love for one another.”

Matthew 6:33  “But seek first the Kingdom of God and His Righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you!”

Psalm 23:1  The LORD is my Shepherd; I shall not want!

Philippians 4:19  And my God shall supply all your need according to His riches in glory by Messiah Yeshua.

Proverbs 3:5  Trust in the LORD with all your heart, and lean not on your own understanding;  3:6  in all your ways acknowledge Him, and He shall direct your paths.

Is anything too hard for the LORD?”  Genesis 18:14

Matthew 19:26  But Yeshua looked at them and said to them, “With men this is impossible, but with God all things are possible!”

Mark 9:23  Yeshua said to him, “If you can believe, all things are possible to him who believes.”

John 14:6  Yeshua said to him, “I am the Way, the Truth, and the Life.  No one comes to My Father except through Me!”

Hebrews 4:16  Let us therefore come boldly to the Throne of Grace, that we may obtain Mercy and find Grace to help in time of need.

Ephesians 2:18  For through Him (Yeshua) we (Jews and Gentiles, the One New Man) both have access by one Spirit to the Father

1 John 5:11  And this is the Testimony: that God has given us Eternal Life, and this Life is in His Son. 5:12 He who has the Son has Life; he who does not have the Son of God does not have Life

John 17:3  “And this is Eternal Life, that they may know You, the only true God, and Yeshua the Messiah whom You have sent.”

John 14:15  “If you love Me, keep My Commandments.” 14:23  Yeshua answered and said to him, “If anyone loves Me, he will keep My Word; and My Father will Love him, and We will come to him and make Our home with him.  14:24  He who does not love Me does not keep My Words; and the Word which you hear is not Mine but the Father’s who sent Me.”

Romans 8:15  For you did not receive the spirit of bondage again to fear, but you received the Spirit of adoption by whom we cry out, “Abba, Father.”  8:16  The Spirit Himself bears witness with our spirit that we are children of God …

Galatians 4:6  And because you are sons, God has sent forth the Spirit of His Son into your hearts, crying out, “Abba, Father!”

John 15:13  “Greater love has no one than this, than to lay down one’s life for his friends.  15:14  You are My friends if you do whatever I command you.  15:15  No longer do I call you servants, for a servant does not know what his master is doing; but I have called you friends, for all things that I heard from My Father I have made known to you.  15:17  These things I command you, that you love one another!”

1 John 1:1  That which was from the beginning, which we have heard, which we have seen with our eyes, which we have looked upon, and our hands have handled, concerning the Word of Life. 1:2  the Life was manifested, and we have seen, and bear witness, and declare to you that Eternal Life (Yeshua) which was with the Father and was manifested to us,  1:3  that which we have seen

Acts 10:38 …how God anointed Yeshua of Nazareth with the Holy Spirit and with Power, who went about doing good and healing  all who were oppressed by the devil, for God was with Him.  10:39  And we are witnesses of all things which He did both in the land of the Jews and in Jerusalem, whom they killed … on a tree.

Matthew 5:8  “Blessed are the pure in heart, for they shall see God5:9 Blessed are peacemakers, for they shall be called sons of God.”

Proverb 22:11  He who loves purity of heart, and has grace on his lips, the king will be his friend.

Colossians 3:12  Therefore, as the elect of God, holy and beloved, put on tender mercies, kindness, humility, meekness, longsuffering; 3:13  bearing with one another, and forgiving one another, if anyone has a complaint against another; even as Messiah forgave you, so you also must do.  3:14  But above all these things put on love, which is the bond of perfection.  3:15  And let the peace of God rule in your hearts, to which also you were called in one Body; and be thankful.

Colossians 3:1  If then you were raised with Messiah, seek those things which are above, where Messiah is, sitting at the right hand of God.  3:2  Set your mind on things above, not on things on the earth.  3:3  For you died, and your life is hidden with Messiah in God.  3:4  When Messiah who is our Life appears, then you also will appear with Him in Glory.  3:5  Therefore put to death your members which are on the earth: fornication, uncleanness, passion, evil desire, and covetousness, which is idolatry.  3:6  Because of these things the Wrath of God is coming upon the sons of disobedience,  3:8  But now you yourselves are to put off all theseanger, wrath, malice, blasphemy, filthy language out of your mouth.  3:9  Do not lie to one another, since you have put off the old man with his deeds,  3:10  and have put on the new man who is renewed in knowledge according to the image of Him who created him,

Galatians 5:24  And those who are Messiah’s have crucified the flesh with its passions and desires.  5:25  If we live in the Spirit,  let us also walk in the Spirit.

Genesis 18:17  And the LORD said, “Shall I hide from Abraham what I am doing,  18:18  since Abraham shall surely become a great and mighty nation, and all the nations of the earth shall be blessed in him?  18:19  For I have known him, in order that he may command his children and his household after him, that they keep the Way of the LORD, to do righteousness and justice, that the LORD may bring to Abraham what He has spoken to him.”

Romans 4:17  “I have made you a father of many nations, in    the presence of Him whom he believed, God, who gives life to the dead and calls those things which do not exist as though they did; 4:18  who, contrary to hope, in hope believed, so that he became the father of many nations, according to what was spoken, “so shall your descendants be.”  4:19  And not being weak in faith, he did not consider his own body, already dead (since he was about    a hundred years old), and the deadness of Sarah’s womb.  4:20 He did not waver at the promise of God through unbelief, but was strengthened in faith, giving glory to God, 4:21 and being fully convinced that what He had promised He was also able to perform. 4:22  And therefore “It was accounted to him for Righteousness.”

Hosea 1:10  “Yet the number of the children of Israel shall be as the sand of the sea, which cannot be measured or numbered.  And it shall come to pass n the place where it was said to them, ‘You are not My people,’ there it shall be said to them, You are sons of the living God!

Romans 9:25  As He says also in Hosea, I will call them My people, who were not My people, and her beloved, who was not beloved.  9:26  And it shall come to pass in the place where it was said to them, ‘You are not My people,’ there they shall be called sons of the Living God!

He who overcomes shall inherit all thingsand I will be his God and he shall be My son!”  Revelation 21:7

2 Corinthians 6:16  And what agreement has the Temple of God with idols?  For you are the Temple of the Living God.  As God has said, “I will dwell in them and walk among them.  I will be there God, and they shall be My people.”  6:18  “I will be a Father to you, and you shall be My sons and daughters, says the LORD Almighty.”

1 Corinthians 3:16  Do you not know that you are the Temple      of God and that the Spirit of God dwells in you?  3:17  If anyone defiles the Temple of God, God will destroy him.  For the Temple of God is holy, which Temple you are.

1 Corinthians 6:19  Or do you not know that your body is the Temple of the Holy Spirit who is in you, whom you have from God, you are not your own?  6:20  For you were bought at a price; therefore glorify God in your body and in your spirit, which are God’s.

Matthew 5:43  “You have heard that it was said, ‘You shall love your neighbor and hate your enemy.’ 5:44  But I say to you, love your enemies, bless those who curse you, do good to those who hate you, and pray for those who spitefully use you and persecute you,  5:45  that you may be sons of your Father in Heaven; for He makes His sun rise on the evil and on the good, and sends rain on the just and on the unjust.  5:46  For if you love those who love you, what reward have you?  Do not even the tax collectors do the same?  5:47  And if you greet your brethren only, what do you do more than others?  Do not even the tax collectors do so?  5:48 Therefore you shall be perfect, just as your Father in Heaven is perfect.”

Luke 6:27  “But I say to you who hear: Love your enemiesdo good to those who hate you,  6:28  bless those who curse you, and pray for those who spitefully use you. 6:29 To him who strikes you on the one cheek, offer the other also.  And from him who takes away your cloak, do not withhold your tunic either.  6:30  Give to everyone who asks of you, and from him who takes away your goods do not ask them back.  6:31  And just as you want men to do to you, you also do to them likewise.”

John 14:12  “Most assuredly, I say to you, he who believes in Me, the works that I do he will do also; and Greater works than these he will do, because I go to My Father.”

1 Thessalonians 5:24 He who calls you is faithful, who also will do it.

2 Timothy 2:12  If we endure, we shall also reign with Him. If we deny Him, He also will deny us.  2:13  If we are faithless, He remains faithful; He cannot deny Himself.

Hebrews 10:23  Let us hold fast the confession of our hope  without wavering, for He who promised is faithful!

Malachi 3:17  “They shall be Mine,” says the LORD of hosts, “on the Day that I make them My jewels.  And I will spare them as a man spares his own son who serves him.”

Jeremiah 29:11  “For I know the thoughts that I think toward yousays the LORD, thoughts of peace and not of evil, to give you a future and a hope.  29:12  Then you will call upon Me and go and pray to Me, and I will listen to you.  29:13  And you will seek Me and find Me, when you search for Me with all your heart.  29:14 I will be found by you, says the LORD, and I will bring you back from your captivity; I will gather you from all the nations and all the places where I have driven you, says the LORD, I will bring you to the place from which I caused you to be carried away captive.”

Jeremiah 33:3  “ ‘Call to Me, and I will answer you, and show you great and mighty things, which you do not know.’ ”

Romans 11:29  For the gifts and the calling of God are irrevocable.

1 John 4:17  Love has been perfected among us in this: that we may have boldness in the Day of Judgment; because as He isso are we in this world

Matthew 6:9  “In this manner, therefore, pray: Our Father in Heaven, hallowed be Your name.  6:10  Your Kingdom come!  Your will be done on earth as it is in Heaven.  6:11  Give us this day our daily bread.  6:12  And forgive us our debts, as we forgive our debtors.  6:13  And do not lead us into temptation, but deliver us from the evil one.  For Yours is the Kingdom and the Power and the Glory forever.  Amen.  6:14  For if you forgive men their trespasses, your heavenly Father will also forgive you.  6:15  But if you do not forgive men their trespasses, neither will your Father forgive your trespasses!

Luke 23:34  Then Jesus said, “Father, forgive themfor they do not know what they do!”

Leviticus 11:45  “For I am the LORD who brings you up out of  the land of Egypt, to be your God. You shall therefore be holy,  for I am Holy!”

Leviticus 19:2  “Speak to all the congregation of the children of Israel, and say to them, ‘You shall be holy, for I the LORD your God am Holy!”

1 Peter 1:15  but as He who called you is Holy, you also be holy   in all your conduct, 1:16  it is written, “Be holy, for I am Holy!”

Hebrews 12:14  Pursue peace with all people, and holiness, without which no one will see the Lord:

Hebrews 12:1  Therefore we also, since we are surrounded by so great a cloud of witnesses, let us lay aside every weight, and the sin which so easily ensnares us, and let us run with endurance the race that is set before us,  12:2  looking unto Yeshuathe author and finisher of our faith, who for the joy that was set before Him endured the cross, despising the shame, and has sat down at the right hand of the Throne of God.

2 Timothy 4:6  For I am already being poured out as a drink offering, and the time of my departure is at hand. 4:7 I have fought the good fight, I have finished the race, I have kept the faith.   4:8  Finally, there is laid up for me the crown of Righteousness, which the Lord, the Righteous Judge, will give to me …

1 Corinthians 9:24  Do you not know that those who run in a race all run, but one receives the prize?  Run in such a way that you may obtain it.

James 1:22  But be doers of the Word, and not hearers onlydeceiving yourselves.  1:23  For if anyone is a hearer of the Word and not a doer, he is like a man observing his natural face in a mirror;  1:24  for he observes himself, goes away, and immediately forgets what kind of man he was.  1:25  But he who looks into the perfect law of liberty and continues in it, and is not a forgetful hearer but a doer of the work, this one will be blessed in what he does.

Matthew 21:42  Yeshua said to them, “Have you never read in the Scriptures: ‘The Stone which the builders rejected has be come the Chief Cornerstone.  This was the LORD’s doing, and it is marvelous in our eyes’?  21:43  Therefore I say to you, the Kingdom of God will be taken from you and given to a peoples (or nation, i.e. the One New Man) bearing the fruits of it.  21:44 And whoever falls on this Stone will be broken; but on whomever it falls, it will grind him to powder.”

Philippians 3:7  But what things were gain to me, these I have counted loss for Messiah.  3:8  Yet indeed I also count all things loss for the excellence of the knowledge of Messiah Jesus my Lord, for whom I have suffered the loss of all things, and count them as rubbish, that I may gain Messiah.  3:9  and be found in Him, not having my own righteousness, which is from the law, but that which is through faith in Messiah, the righteousness which is from God by faith;  3:10  That I may know Him, and the Power of His Resurrection, and the fellowship of His sufferings, being conformed to His death,  3:11  if, by any means, I may attain to the Resurrection from the dead.

Isaiah 58:6  “Is this not the fast that I have chosen: to loose the bonds of wickedness, to undo the heavy burdens, to let the oppressed go free, and that you break every yoke? 58:7  Is it not to share your bread with the hungry, and that you bring to your house the poor who are cast out; when you see the naked, that you cover him, and not hide yourself from your own flesh?  58:8  Then your light shall break forth like the morning, your healing shall spring forth speedily, and your righteousness shall go before you; The Glory of the LORD shall be your rear guard.  58:9  Then you shall call, and the LORD will answer; you shall cry, and He will say, ‘Here I am.’ If you take away the yoke from your midst, the pointing of the finger, and speaking wickedness,  58:10  If you extend your soul to the hungry and satisfy the afflicted soul, then your light shall dawn in the darkness, and your darkness shall be as the noonday.  58:11  The LORD will guide you continually, and satisfy your soul in drought, and strengthen your bones. You shall be like a watered garden, and like a spring of water, whose waters do not fail.”

Psalm 119:105  Your Word is a lamp to my feet and a light to my path.

1 Samuel 15:22  So Samuel said, “Has the LORD as great delight in burnt offerings and sacrifices, as in obeying the Voice of the LORD? Behold, to obey is better than sacrifice, and to heed than the fat of rams.  15:23  For rebellion is as the sin of witchcraft, and stubbornness is as iniquity and idolatry. Because you have rejected the Word of the LORD, He also has rejected you from being king.”

Real obedience will restore your true relationship with God …

Ephesians 5:14  Therefore He says, “Awake, you who sleep, arise from the dead, and the Messiah will give you light.”  5:15 See then that you walk circumspectly, not as fools but as wise, 5:16  redeeming the time, because the days are evil

Isaiah 60:1  Arise, shine; for your light has come!  And the Glory of the LORD is risen upon you. 60:2 For behold, the darkness shall cover the earth, and deep darkness the people. But the LORD will arise over you, and His Glory will be seen upon you.
