God is more concerned with developing our Christ like Character then in developing our Ministry! (Part 3)

231

This is the set Time and Season for each one of us to now move forward into the next level of our Spiritual Growth in Yeshua!

Galatians 5:1  Stand fast therefore in the liberty by which the Messiah has made us free, and do not be entangled again with a yoke of bondage.  5:13  For you, brethren, have been called to liberty; only do not use liberty as an opportunity for the flesh, but through love serve one another. 5:14  For all the law is fulfilled in one word, even in this, “You shall love your neighbor as yourself.”  5:15  But if you bite and devour one another, beware lest you be consumed by one another!  5:16  I say then: Walk in the Spirit, and you shall not fulfill the lust of the flesh. 5:17  For the flesh lusts against the Spirit, and the Spirit against the flesh; and these are contrary to one another, so that you do not do the things that you wish.  5:18  But if you are led by the Spirit, you are not under the law.  5:19  Now the works of the flesh are evident, which are: adultery, fornication, uncleanness, lewdness, 5:20  idolatry, sorcery, hatred, contentions, jealousies, outbursts of wrath, selfish ambitions, dissensions, heresies, 5:21 envy, murders, drunkenness, revelries, and the like; of which I tell you beforehand, just as I also told you in time past, that those who practice such things will not inherit the Kingdom of God.

Galatians 5:22  But the Fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, longsuffering, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, 5:23 gentleness, self-control.  Against such there is no law.  5:24  And those who are Messiah’s have crucified the flesh with its passions and desires. 5:25  If we live in the Spirit, let us also walk in the Spirit. 5:26 Let us not become conceited, provoking and envying one another.

Hebrews  2:9  But we see Yeshua, who was made a little lower than the angels (Elohim in Psalm 8:5), for the suffering of death crowned with Glory and Honor, that He, by the grace of God, might taste death for everyone.  2:10  For it was fitting for Him,for whom are all things and by whom are all things, in bringing many sons to Glory, to make the Captain of their Salvation perfect through sufferings.  2:11  For both He who sanctifies and those who are being sanctified are all of one, for which reason He is not ashamed to call them brethren,

Philippians 2:5  Let this mind be in you which was also in Messiah Yeshua,  2:6  who, being in the form of God, did not consider it robbery to be equal with God,  2:7  but made Himself of no reputation, taking the form of a bondservant, and coming in the likeness of men.  2:8  And being found in appearance as a man, He humbled Himself and became obedient to the point of death, even the death of the cross.

John 20:16, 17  Yeshua said to her (Mary), “Do not cling to Me, for I have not yet ascended to My Father; but go to My brethren and say to them, ‘I am ascending to My Father and your Father, and to My God and your God!’ ”

Psalm 82:6 I said, “You are gods, and all of you are children of the Most High.”

1 Peter 4:12  Beloved, do not think it strange concerning the fiery trial which is to try you, as though some strange thing happenedto you;  4:13  but rejoice to the extent that you partake of Messiah’s sufferings, that when His glory is revealed, you may also be glad with exceeding joy.

God wants us to get free from so many false and deceptive End Time teachings that are now being taught in Yeshua’s Body such as Pre Trib Rapture and the Courts of Heaven.

All of our trials come to purify us, in order to make us more  like our Lord and Savior Yeshua.

Psalm 138:6  Though the LORD is on high, yet He regards the lowly; but the proud He knows from afar.

James 4:6  Therefore He says, “God resists the proud, but gives grace to the humble.”  4:7  Therefore submit to God. Resist the devil and he will flee from you.  4:8  Draw near to God and He will draw near to you.  Cleanse your hands, you sinners; and purify your hearts, you double-minded. 4:9 Lament and mourn and weep!  Let your laughter be turned to mourning and your joy to gloom.  4:10  Humble yourselves in the sight of the Lord, and He will lift you up.

James 5:16  Confess your trespasses to one another, and pray for one another, that you may be healed.  The effective, fervent prayer of a righteous man avails much.

Philippians 2:3  Let nothing be done through selfish ambition or conceit, but in lowliness of mind let each esteem others better than himself.  2:4  Let each of you look out not only for his own interests, but also for the interests of others.  2:5  Let this mind be in you which was also in Messiah Yeshua,  2:6  who, being in the form of God, did not consider it robbery to be equal with God, 2:7  but made Himself of no reputation, taking the form of a bondservant, and coming in the likeness of men.  2:8  And being found in appearance as a man, He humbled Himself and became obedient to the point of death, even the death of the Cross.

1 Peter 5:5  Likewise you younger people, submit yourselves to your elders.  Yes, all of you be submissive to one another, and be clothed with humility, for “God resists the proud, but gives grace to the humble.”  5:6  Therefore humble yourselves under the mighty hand of God, that He may exalt you in due time,  5:7 casting all your care upon Him, for He cares for you.

Philippians 4:6  Be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication, with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God;  4:7  and the Peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and minds through Messiah Yeshua.

John 14:10  “Do you not believe that I am in My Father, and My Father in Me? The Words that I speak to you I do not speak on My own Authority; but My Father who dwells in Me does the works.”

John 14:28  “If you loved Me, you would rejoice because I said,    ‘I am going to My Father,’ for My Father is Greater than I!”

John 8:29  “And He who sent Me is with Me. My Father has not left Me alone, for I always do those things that please Him!”

Luke 22:42  “Father, if it is Your will, take this cup away from Me; nevertheless not My will, but Yours, be done!”

Ephesians 1:4  …just as He chose us in Him before the foundation of the world, that we should be holy and without blame before Him in love,  1:5  having predestined us to adoption as sons by Jesus the Messiah to Himself, according to the good pleasure of His will,  1:6  to the praise of the glory of His grace, by which He made us accepted in the Beloved.1:7 In Him we have redemption through His Blood, the forgiveness of sins, according to the riches of His grace  1:8  which He made to abound toward us in all wisdom and prudence,  1:9  having made known to us the mystery of His will, according to His good pleasure which He purposed in Himself,  1:10  that in the dispensation of the fullness of the times He might gather together in one all things in Messiah, both which are in Heaven and which are on earth, in Him.  1:11  In Him also we have obtained an inheritance, being predestined according to the purpose of Him who works all things according to the counsel of His will …

Romans 12:2  And do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind, that you may prove what is that good and acceptable and perfect will of God.  12:3 For I say, through the grace given to me, to everyone who is among you, not to think of himself more highly than he ought to think, but to think soberly, as God has dealt to each one a measure of faith.

Romans 13:12  The night is far spent, the day is at hand.  Therefore let us cast off the works of darkness, and let us put on the armor of light. 13:13  Let us walk properly, as in the day, not in revelry and drunkenness, not in lewdness and lust, not in strife and envy. 13:14  But put on the Lord Jesus the Messiah, and make no provision for the flesh, to fulfill its lusts.

Galatians 6:2  Bear one another’s burdens, and so fulfill the law of Christ.  6:3  For if anyone thinks himself to be something, when he is nothing, he deceives himself.

1 Corinthians 8:1  … We know that we all have knowledge. Knowledge puffs up, but love edifies.  8:2  And if anyone thinks that he knows anything, he knows nothing yet as he ought to know.

John 6:27  “Do not labor for the food which perishes, but for the food which endures to Everlasting Life, which the Son of Man will give you, because God the Father has set His seal on Him.”

Amos 3:7  Surely the Lord GOD does nothing, unless He reveals His secret to His servants the prophets.

Psalm 27:14  Wait on the LORD; be of good courage, and He shall strengthen your heart; Wait, I say, on the LORD!

Isaiah 40:31  But those who wait on the LORD shall renew their strength; They shall mount up with wings like eagles, they shall run and not be weary, they shall walk and not faint.

1 John 1:9  If we confess our sins, He is faithful and just to forgive us our sins and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness.

And suddenly a voice came from heaven, saying, “This is My beloved Son, in whom I am well pleased!”  Matthew 3:17

And a voice came out of the cloud, saying, “This is My beloved Son.  Hear Him!” Luke 9:35

This is My beloved Son.  Hear Him!” Mark 9:7

John 6:68  But Simon Peter answered Him, “Lord, to whom shall we go?  You have the Words of Eternal Life!

Philippians 3:13  Brethren, I do not count myself to have apprehended; but one thing I do, forgetting those things which are behind and reaching forward to those things which are ahead, 3:14  I press toward the goal for the prize of the upward call of God in Messiah Jesus.

Isaiah 10:21  The remnant will return, the remnant of Jacob, to the Mighty God.  10:22  For though your people, O Israel, be as the sand of the sea, a remnant of them will return; the destruction decreed shall overflow with righteousness.

Hosea 6:1  Come, and let us return to the LORD; for He has torn, but He will heal us; He has stricken, but He will bind us up.  6:2 After two days He will revive us; on the third day He will raise us up, that we may live in His sight.  6:3  Let us know, let us pursue the knowledge of the LORD.  His going forth is established as the morning; He will come to us like the rain, like the latter and former rain to the earth.

Daniel 12:1  “At that time Michael shall stand up, the great prince who stands watch over the sons of your people. And there shall be a time of trouble, such as never was since there was a nation, even to that time.  And at that time your people shall be delivered, every one who is found written in the Book.  12:2  And many of those who sleep in the dust of the earth shall awake, some to Everlasting Life, some to shame and Everlasting contempt.  12:3  Those who are wise shall shine like the brightness of the firmament, and those who turn many to righteousness like the stars forever and ever.”

Isaiah 60:1  Arise, shine; for your light has come!  And the Glory of the LORD is risen upon you.  60:2  For behold, the darkness shall cover the earth, and deep darkness the people. But the LORD will arise over you, and His Glory will be seen upon you.

Revelation 7:9  After these things I looked, and behold, a great multitude which no one could number, of all nations, tribes, peoples, and tongues, standing before the Throne and before the Lamb, clothed with white robes, with palm branches in their hands, 7:10  and crying out with a loud voice, saying, “Salvation belongs to our God who sits on the Throne, and to the Lamb!” 7:11  All the angels stood around the throne and the elders and the four living creatures, and fell on their faces before the throne and worshiped God,  7:12  saying, “Amen! Blessing and Glory and Wisdom, Thanksgiving and Honor and Power and Might, be to our God forever and ever. Amen.”  7:13  Then one of the elders answered, saying to me, “Who are these arrayed in white robes, and where did they come from?”  7:14  And I said to him, “Sir, you know.” So he said to me, “These are the ones who come out of the Great Tribulation, and washed their robes and made them white in the Blood of the Lamb.  7:15  Therefore they are before the Throne of God, and serve Him day and night in His Temple.  And He who sits on the Throne will dwell among them.  7:16  They shall neither hunger anymore nor thirst anymore; the sun shall not strike them, nor any heat;  7:17  for the Lamb who is in the midst of the Throne will Shepherd them and lead them to Living Fountains of waters.  And God will wipe away every tear from their eyes.”

Revelation 20:4  And I saw Thrones, and they sat on them, and Judgment was committed to them.  Then I saw the souls of those who had been beheaded for their witness to Jesus and for the Word of God, who had not worshiped the beast or his image, and had not received his mark on their foreheads or on their hands. And they lived and reigned with Messaih for a thousand years. 20:5 But the rest of the dead did not live again until the thousand years were finished. This is the first Resurrection.  20:6  Blessed and holy is he who has part in the first Resurrection.  Over such the second death has no power, but they shall be priests of God and of Messiah, and shall reign with Him a thousand years.

Revelation 20:11  Then I saw a Great White Throne and Him who sat on it, from whose face the earth and the heaven fled away. And there was found no place for them. 20:12  And I saw the dead, small and great, standing before God, and books were opened. And another book was opened, which is the Book of Life.  And the dead were judged according to their works, by the things which were written in the books.  20:13  The sea gave up the dead who were in it, and Death and Hades delivered up the dead who were in them.  And they were judged, each one according to his works. 20:14  Then Death and Hades were cast into the lake of fire. This is the second death.  20:15  And anyone not found written in the Book of Life was cast into the lake of fire!

1 Timothy 1:17  Now to the King Eternal, Immortal, Invisible, to God who alone is wise, be Honor and Glory forever and ever!

The three parts of this paper were inspired after listening to a video by Neville Johnson, called ‘Purpose, Testing, and Graduation.’  Pastor Neville Johnson from New Zealand was ‘a father of the faith’ to many, including myself. He went home to be with the Lord at age 79, on September 1, 2019.
