Revealing the Mysteries of the Feast of Succoth, the Feast of Tabernacles, the 7th Feast of the LORD! The Great Fall Harvest Feast of Rejoicing

612

Succoth, the last of the seven Feasts of the LORD is found in Leviticus 23:34-36, 39-43. This is the Jewish fall harvest Feast of Rejoicing. It takes place for seven days, beginning the 15th day of the 7th month of Tishri. This is the time of dwelling in booths for seven days, as our ancestors did when they came out of Egypt, before they entered into the Promised land of Israel. We are also to rejoice before the LORD our God for seven days.

In the near future, after our Lord Yeshua has single handedly destroyed all His enemies on the earth at His return to earth from Heaven, coming with His bride (His wife) and the rest of His believing armies, only then will preparations begin for the 7th Feast of the LORD, the Feast of Succoth, the Feast of Tabernacles.

Lord Yeshua will begin this Feast by first holding the Marriage Supper of the Lamb. Yeshua will come and serve His servants who are still alive on the earth when He returns, whom He rescued at His return, those believers who had endured and remained alive on earth until His return.

“But he who endures to the end will be saved!” Matthew 10:22; Mathew 24:13; Mark 13:13

The Millennial Reign of King Yeshua begins with the Great Fall Harvest Celebration of Succoth, the Feast of Tabernacles.

This will be launched with the Marriage Supper of the Lamb, with Yeshua and His beloved wife (His bride) and all their invited and special guests, which will be held in Jerusalem on the Seventh Feast of the LORD. This event is totally different than Yeshua’s Marriage, which had already previously taken place in Heaven.

All true believers are not Yeshua’s bride, but they do make up Yeshua’s Body.  His bride (His wife) are the First fruits offering to God from among all the believers in His Body.  They are from two groups of believers, with 144,000 in each group. They are found in Revelation 7:3-8, Jewish believers from the 12 tribes of Israel, and also the Gentiles from the nations in Revelation 14:1-5. These are those who live in the heart of God, totally committed lovers, His most trusted and closest friends, and His best soldiers.

The Marriage Supper of Yeshua, the Lamb of God!

Revelation 19:9 “Write, ‘Blessed are those (the guests) who are called to the Marriage Supper of the Lamb!” These guests are those faithful believers who are part of Yeshua’s Body.

In Revelation 19:11-16, we see King–High Priest Yeshua returning to earth with His armies and destroying all His enemies on the earth, before He holds the Marriage Supper of the Lamb.

Revelation 19:11 Now I saw Heaven opened, and behold, a white horse. And He who sat on him was called Faithful and True, and in Righteousness He judges and makes war. 19:12 His eyes were like a flame of fire, and on His head were many crowns. He had a name written that no one knew except Himself. 19:13 He was clothed with a robe dipped in Blood, and His name is called The Word of God. 19:14 And the armies in Heaven, clothed in fine linen, white and clean, followed Him on white horses. 19:15 Now out of His mouth goes a sharp Sword, that with it He should strike the nations. And He Himself will rule them with a rod of iron. He Himself treads the winepress of the fierceness and Wrath of Almighty God. 19:16 And He has on His robe and on His thigh a name written, ‘King of kings and LORD of Lords.’ 19:19 And I saw the beast, the kings of the earth, and their armies, gathered together to make war against Him who sat on the horse and against His army. 19:20 Then the beast was captured …

We can also see this mystery of this Wedding Banquet in some of Yeshua’s parables such as Matthew 22:1-14, about a King who made a Wedding (Banquet) for His Son, and had the wedding banquet hall filled with the best of choice foods and also many guests who had been invited to this Wedding Banquet …

Matthew 22:1 And Yeshua answered and spoke to them again by parables and said: 22:2 “The Kingdom of Heaven is like a certain King who arranged a Marriage [Greek, Wedding feast, Strong’s # 1062] for His Son, 22:3 and sent out his servants to call those who were invited to the Wedding [Greek, Wedding feast, Strong’s # 1062]; and they were not willing to come. 22:4 Again, he sent out other servants, saying, ‘Tell those who are invited, “See, I have prepared my dinner [Greek is supper, Strong’s # 712]; my oxen and fatted cattle are killed, and all things are ready. Come to the Wedding [Greek, Wedding feast, Strong’s # 1062].’” 22:5 But they made light of it and went their ways, one to his own farm, another to his business. 22:6 And the rest seized his servants, treated them spitefully, and killed them. 22:7 But when the King heard about it, he was furious.  And he sent out his armies, destroyed those murderers, and burned up their city. 22:8 Then he said to his servants, ‘the Wedding [Greek, Wedding feast, Strong’s # 1062] is ready, but those who were invited were not worthy. 22:9 Therefore go into the highways, and as many as you find, invite to the Wedding [Greek, Wedding feast, Strong’s # 1062].’ 22:10  So those servants went out into the highways and gathered together all whom they found, both bad and good. And the Wedding [Greek, Wedding feast, Strong’s # 1062] hall was filled with guests. 22:11 “But when  the King came in to see the guests, he saw a man there who did not have on a wedding garment. 22:12 So He said to him, ‘friend, how did you come in here without a wedding garment?’ And he was speechless. 22:13 Then the King said to the servants, ‘Bind him hand and foot, take him away, and cast him into outer darkness; there will be weeping and gnashing of teeth.’ 22:14 For many are called, but few are chosen.”

This parable in Matthew 22:1-14 is not about a Wedding at all, for the Greek clearly tells us that this is a Wedding Banquet for His Son, with food and guests.  And here we are also told that this Wedding Banquet will only happen after the King has 1st sent His armies and destroyed all His enemies. For Yeshua’s Wedding has already happened in Heaven.  (Revelation 19:7, 8) The Wedding Banquet, the Marriage Supper of the Lamb, will only happen after Lord Yeshua returns from Heaven to the earth with His wife (His bride) and the rest of His believing armies. Revelation 19:9, 11-21 For only after Yeshua has first destroyed all His enemies, will He  host the Marriage Supper of the Lamb with His bride (His wife).

This Marriage Supper of the Lamb will be held on the Seventh Feast of the LORD, the Feast of Succoth

This wedding banquet with food normally follows a wedding. For Yeshua’s Marriage has already taken place in Heaven before King Yeshua sends His armies and destroys all His enemies on earth. See Matthew 22:7 and also see Revelation 19:11-21.

Also another very important and often overlooked parable is told by Yeshua in Luke 12:32-40, which gives us more important information regarding this Marriage Supper of the Lamb Yeshua, clearly stating that this event will only happen after the Lord has returned from His Wedding! This parable is often missed by most believers.

Luke 12:32 “Do not fear, little flock, for it is your Father’s good pleasure to give you the Kingdom. 12:33 Sell what you have and give alms; provide yourselves money bags which do not grow old, a treasure in the Heavens that does not fail, where no thief approaches nor moth destroys. 12:34 For where your treasure is, there your heart will be also. 12:35 Let your waist be girded and your lamps burning; 12:36 and you yourselves be like men who wait for their Master, when he will return from the Wedding, that when he comes & knocks they may open to him immediately. 12:37 Blessed are those servants whom the Master, when he comes, will find watching. Assuredly, I say to you that he will gird himself and have them sit down to eat, and he will come and serve them. 12:40 Therefore you also be ready, for the Son of Man is coming at an hour you do not expect.”

The 7th Feast of the LORD, the Feast of Succoth, or the Feast of Tabernacles will inaugurate the Greatest Celebration Feast of all on the earth, the Marriage Supper of the Lamb for Yeshua and His wife (bride), and all their special guests who have been invited to this most spectacular event. This great Celebration feast will launch the Millennial Kingdom Reign of Yeshua and His wife (bride) on the earth for the next 1000 years.

Succoth, the Feast of Tabernacles will also be held on Yeshua’s true Birthday! And every year for 1000 years this 7th Feast of the LORD, Succoth, the Feast of Tabernacles will be held in Jerusalem, to commemorate the Marriage Supper of the Lamb, and held on our King and Great High Priest Yeshua’s birthday.

This Great Wedding Banquet Feast was prophesied in the writings of Isaiah, to be held in Jerusalem on Mount Zion hill:

25:6 And in this Mountain the LORD of hosts will make for all people a feast of choice pieces, a feast of wines on the lees, of fat things full of marrow, of well-refined wines on the lees. 25:7 And He will destroy on this Mountain (Zion) the surface of the covering cast over all people, and the veil that is spread over all nations. 25:8 He will swallow up death forever! And the Lord GOD will wipe away tears from all faces; the rebuke of His people He will take away from all the earth; for the LORD has spoken. 25:9 And it will be said in that day, “Behold, this is our God; we have waited for Him, and He will save us.  This is the LORD; we have waited for Him; we will be glad and Rejoice in His Salvation.” 25:10 For on this Mountain (Mount Zion) the Hand of the LORD will rest …

More Supportive Scriptures regarding Succoth

Psalm 118:24-29 This is the day the LORD has made; We will Rejoice and be glad in it.  118:25 Save now, I pray, O LORD; O LORD, I pray, send now prosperity. 118:26 Blessed is he who comes in the name of the LORD! We have blessed you from the house of the LORD. 118:27 God is the LORD, and He has given us light; Bind the Sacrifice with cords to the horns of the altar. 118:28 You are my God, and I will praise You; You are my God, I will exalt You. 118:29 Oh, give thanks to the LORD, for He is Good! For His Mercy endures forever.

Isaiah 12:3 Behold, God is my Salvation, I will trust and not be afraid; ‘For YAH, the LORD, is my strength and song; He also has become my Salvation.'” 12:3 Therefore with Joy you will draw water from the wells of Salvation. 12:4 And in that Day you will say: “Praise the LORD, call upon His name; declare His deeds among the peoples, make mention that His name is exalted. 12:5 Sing to the LORD, for He has done excellent things; this is known in all the earth. 12:6 Cry out and shout, O inhabitant of Zion, for Great is the Holy One of Israel in your midst!”

Mathew 21:8, 9 And a very great multitude spread their clothes on the road; others cut down branches from the trees and spread them on the road. 21:9 Then the multitudes who went before and those who followed cried out, saying, “Hosanna to the Son of David!

Blessed is He who comes in the name of the LORD!

Hosanna in the highest!”

John 7:2, 3, 37-39 Now the Jews’ Feast of Tabernacles (Succoth) was at hand. 7:3 His brothers therefore said to Him, “Depart from here and go into Judea, that Your disciples also may see the works that You are doing.” 7:37 On the last day, that great day of the Feast, Yeshua stood and cried out, saying, “If anyone thirsts, let him come to Me and drink. 7:38 He who believes in Me, as the Scripture has said, out of his heart will flow rivers of living water.” 7:39 But this He spoke concerning the Spirit, whom those believing in Him would receive; for the Holy Spirit was not yet given, because Yeshua was not yet glorified.

Revelation 7:9 After these things I looked, and behold, a great multitude which no one could number, of all nations, tribes, peoples, and tongues, standing before the throne and before the Lamb, clothed with white robes, with palm branches in their hands, 7:10 and crying out with a loud voice, saying, “Salvation belongs to our God who sits on the Throne, and to the Lamb!” 7:11 All the angels stood around the throne and the elders and the four living creatures, and fell on their faces before the Throne and worshiped God, 7:12 saying, “Amen! Blessing and glory and wisdom, thanksgiving and honor and power and might, be to our God forever and ever.  Amen.”

Zechariah 14:9 And the LORD shall be King over all the earth. In that day it shall be “The LORD is One,” and His name One. Zechariah 14:16  And it shall come to pass that everyone who is left, of all the nations which came against Jerusalem, shall go up from year to year to worship the King, the LORD of hosts, (Yeshua) and to keep the Feast of Tabernacles (Succoth).
