Revealing the Mysteries of the Feast of Yom Kippur, the 6th Biblical Feast, the Day of Atonement!

Yom Kippur, this 6th Biblical Feast of the LORD, is the most Holy Day of the LORD of all the Seven Feasts of the LORD that are found in Leviticus 23. Here are some reasons why.

Yom Kippur is the Day when our Lord Yeshua returns from Heaven with His bride (His wife) + the rest of His believing armies, as He sounds His Last Shofar blast, called the Great Trump!

This will happen after the Marriage of the Lamb Yeshua has taken place with His bride in Heaven, on the 5th biblical Feast called  Feast of Trumpets. This Wedding is followed by honeymoon in Heaven that lasts for one year. Deuteronomy 24:5 “When a man has taken a new wife, he shall not go out to war or be charged with any business; he shall be free at home one year, and bring happiness to his wife whom he has taken.”

When this honeymoon ends then Yeshua and His bride, with the rest of His believing Body will return to earth on the Feast of Yom Kippur, on the 10th day of the 7th month.

Yom Kippur, the Day of Atonement is only Atonement for those who have repented and accepted Yeshua as their Messiah and Savior and Lord. For many others, especially those who have received the mark of the beast on the forehead or on the hand, and have worshiped the image of the beast it will be God’s Day of Final Judgment! It will come only after the Wrath of God has been released and poured out on the earth from Heaven for one year in the Day of the LORD. This most Holy Day of Yom Kippur when Yeshua returns, will come at the end of the Day of the LORD, and at the end of the last year of Daniel’s 70th Week!  On that Day, Yeshua will both destroy His enemies on the earth, as He also saves those who are His and still alive on the earth.

Revelation 14:9 Then a third angel followed them, saying with a loud voice, “If anyone worships the beast and his image, and receives his mark on his forehead or on his hand, 14:10 he himself shall also drink of the wine of the Wrath of God, which is poured out full strength into the cup of His indignation. He shall be tormented with fire and brimstone in the presence of the holy angels and in the presence of the Lamb. 14:11 And the smoke of their torment ascends forever and ever; and they have no rest day or night, who worship the beast and his image, and whoever receives the mark of his name.”

Isaiah 34:5 “For My Sword shall be bathed in heaven; indeed it shall come down on Edom, and on the people of My curse, for Judgment. 34:6 The Sword of the LORD is filled with bloodit is made overflowing with fatness, with the blood of lambs and goats, with the fat of the kidneys of rams. For the LORD has a sacrifice in Bozrah, and a great slaughter in the land of Edom.”

Revelation 11:18 “The nations were angry, and Your Wrath has come, and the time of the dead, that they should be judgedand that You should reward Your servants the prophets and the saints, and those who fear Your name, small and great, and You should destroy those (God’s enemies) who destroy the earth!”

There is no greater Reward than to be Yeshua’s Bride!

All true believers who have died have gone to Heaven. And among them are two groups who make up Yeshua’s special bride.

They are Yeshua’s first fruits offering of Shavuot (Pentecost) of two leaven loaves from His spring wheat harvest. See Leviticus 23:17. One of these first fruits groups are the Jews from the 12 tribes of Israel, and the other are the first fruits from the Gentiles. These 2 groups are found in Revelation 7:3-8 & Revelation 14:1-5.

They have waited patiently until the full number of believers for both groups have come in, from those still alive on the earth. Then the Marriage of the Lamb with His wife will take place shortly after the Midnight hour happens on earth. (Matthew 25:6)

When Yeshua’s honeymoon begins for one year with His wife, at the same time back on earth the Day of the LORD will begin with the release of the Wrath of God being poured out specifically on all the evil people on the earth. The Day of the LORD is a Day of darkness, where God’s Wrath will continue until the time when Yeshua returns to earth on Yom Kippur the following year (one year later). These two events will happen simultaneously. For the Wrath of God will be released to protect God’s elect who are still alive on the earth, before Yeshua returns to save them.

Zephaniah 2:3 Seek the LORD, all you meek of the earth, who have upheld His justice.  Seek righteousness, seek humility. It may be that you will be hidden in the Day of the LORD’s anger.

Isaiah 26:20 Come, my people, enter your chambers, and shut your doors behind you; hide yourself, as it were, for a little moment, until the indignation is past. 26:21 For behold, the LORD comes out of His place to punish the inhabitants of the earth for their iniquity; the earth will also disclose her blood, and will no more cover her slain.

God’s Wrath will be released in order to save God’s elect still alive on the earth. God’s Wrath comes to stop the many years of the anti-Christ’s murdering of God’s saints on the earth in the years of Great Tribulation, which Yeshua had told us.

Matthew 24:22 “And unless those days were shortened (the days of anti-Christ murdering God’s elect), no flesh would be savedbut for the elect’s sake those days will be shortened.”

Matthew 10:22  “And you will be hated by all for My name’s sake. But he who endures to the end shall be saved.” This Scripture can also be found in Matthew 24:13 and Mark 13:13.

Isaiah 34:8 For it is the Day of the LORD’s Vengeancethe Year of recompense for the cause of Zion.

Isaiah 61:2 “… to proclaim the acceptable Year of the LORD, and the Day of Vengeance of our God;”

That Day of Yom Kippur will be God’s Day of Final Judgment for all those people who have refused the Atonement that our Lord and Savior and God Yeshua has provided them when He offered His life and His shed Blood for them on the Cross in Jerusalem, as the Atonement sacrifice for all the sins of mankind on the earth.

Luke 19:27 “But bring here those enemies of Mine, who did not want Me to Reign over them, and slay them before Me.”

The days from the 5th Feast of Trumpets to the 6th Feast, Yom Kippur are also known as the 10 Days of Awe by religious Jews. These are the Jewish days of repentance before God and others for all their sins, so that their names may be written in God’s Book of Life.  The Feast of Trumpets is also called Feast of Judgment and the Feast of Yom Kippur is also called Feast of Final Judgment by the Orthodox religious Jews.

All of these Feasts of the LORD are known as rehearsals or appointed times, mo’edim, until the real Feast actually happens.

Yeshua had told the Israeli religious Jews that He would not return to earth until they would one day say to Him, “Blessed is He who comes in the name of the LORD!”  Matthew 23:39; Luke 13:35; When, where, and how does that happen in the Scriptures?

This will be done through the ministry of the two witnesses, who minister 3 ½ years from Jerusalem. The anti-Christ will also reign from Jerusalem for 3 ½ years, but he starts in the middle of the last seven years of Daniel’s 70th Week. See Daniel 9:24-27

The two witnesses begin their ministry one year before anti-Christ.

How do we know that? Because they are killed, raised from the dead, and are taken up to Heaven while the world is watching.

The anti-Christ is still reigning on earth at that time.

So to answer the question, when do the Orthodox religious Jews finally cry out for Yeshua to return?  This is found in Revelation 11:13, right after the two witnesses die and are raised to Heaven.

‘In the same hour there was a great earthquake, and a tenth of the city (Jerusalem) fell. In the earthquake seven thousand people were killed, and the rest were afraid and gave Glory to the God of Heaven.’ This is where (I believe) the Israeli religious Jews finally cry out to Lord Yeshua for help, asking Him to return: “You shall see Me no more until you say, Blessed is He who comes in the name of the LORD!

Remember for 3 ½ years those two witnesses proclaimed daily with great power and authority that Yeshua is Israel’s real Messiah and Savior and Lord until the day they are killed, and then raised up from the dead, and then ascend up into Heaven!

The last Great Shofar blast of Lord Yeshua, His Last Trump as He returns from Heaven on Yom Kippur is found in 7 different Scriptures in the Bible.  Here are those 7 Scriptures: Isaiah 18:3; Isaiah 27:13 (the Great Trumpet); Zechariah 9:4-6; Matthew 24:30, 31; Mark 13:26, 27; 1st Thessalonians 4:16, 17 (caught up); 1st Corinthians 15:51, 52 (the Last Trumpet);

1st Thessalonians 4:15 For this we say to you by the Word of the Lord, that we who are alive and remain until the coming of the Lord will by no means precede those who are asleep. 4:16 For the Lord Himself (Yeshua) will descend from heaven with a Shoutwith the Voice of an archangel (the Angel of the LORD), and with the Trumpet of God (that Yeshua Himself sounds). And the dead in Messiah will rise first. 4:17 Then we who are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds to meet the Lord in the air. And thus we shall always be with the Lord.

This 4:17 verse is where the idea for ‘rapture’ originated from, where all the false teachings called Pre Trib Rapture came from.

There is no Pre Trib Rapture! More than 1/3 of believers in Yeshua believe in Pre Trib rapture. These 7 Scriptures about Yeshua sounding the Great Shofar at His return from Heaven, absolutely prove the total invalidity of all pre Trib rapture theories.

1st Corinthians 15:51 Behold, I tell you a mystery, we shall not all sleep, but we shall all be changed, 15:52 in a moment, in the twinkling of an eye, at the Last Trumpet. For the Trumpet will sound, and the dead will be raised incorruptible, and we shall be changed. 15:53 For this corruptible must put on incorruption, and this mortal must put on immortality. 15:54 So when this corruptible has put on incorruption, and this mortal has put on immortality, then shall be brought to pass the saying that is written, “Death is swallowed up in Victory!”

Isaiah 27:13 So it shall be in that Day that the Great Trumpet will be blown. They will come, who are about to perish in the land of Assyria, and they who are outcasts in the land of Egypt, and shall worship the LORD in the holy mount at Jerusalem.

Zechariah 9:14 Then the LORD will be seen over them, and His arrow will go forth like lightning. The Lord GOD (Yeshua) will blow the Shofar, and go with whirlwinds from the south. 9:15 The LORD of hosts will defend them; they shall devour and subdue with slingstones. They shall drink and roar as if with wine; they shall be filled with blood like basins, like the corners of the altar. 9:16 The LORD their God will save them in that Dayas the flock of His people. For they shall be like the jewels of a crown, lifted like a banner over His land — [the Feast of battle!]

Matthew 24:30 “Then the sign of the Son of Man (Yeshua sitting at the right hand of the Power… Mark14:62) will appear in heaven, and then all the tribes of the earth will mourn, and they will see the Son of Man coming on the clouds of heaven with Power and great Glory. 24:31 And He will send His angels with a Great Sound of a Trumpet, and they will gather together His elect from the four winds, from one end of Heaven to the other.”

Mark 13:26 Then they will see the Son of Man coming in the clouds with great Power and Glory. 13:27 And then He will send His angels, and gather together His elect from the four winds, from the farthest part of earth to the farthest part of Heaven.”

John 6:39 “This is the will of My Father who sent Me, that of all He has given Me I should lose nothing, but should raise it up at the last Day!”

John 6:40 “And this is the will of Him who sent Me, that everyone who sees the Son and believes in Him may have Everlasting Life; and I will raise him up at the last Day!”

John 6:44 “No one can come to Me unless My Father who sent Me draws him; and I will raise him up at the last Day!”

John 6:54 “Whoever eats My flesh and drinks My blood has Eternal Life, and I will raise him up at the last Day!”

Isaiah 26:19 Your dead shall live; together with my dead body they shall arise. Awake and sing, you who dwell in dust; for your dew is like the dew of herbs, and the earth shall cast out the dead.

Revelation 19:11 Now I saw Heaven opened, and behold, a white horse. And He who sat on him was called Faithful and True, and in Righteousness He judges and makes war. 19:12 His eyes were like a flame of fire, and on His head were many crowns. He had a name written that no one knew except Himself. 19:13 He was clothed with a robe dipped in Blood, and His name is called The Word of God. 19:14 And the armies in Heaven, clothed in fine linen, white and clean, followed Him on white horses. 19:15 Now out of His mouth goes a sharp Sword, that with it He should strike the nations. And He Himself will rule them with a rod of iron. He Himself treads the winepress of the fierceness and Wrath of Almighty God. 19:16 And He has on His robe and on His thigh a name written: King of kings and LORD of Lords. 19:17 Then I saw an angel standing in the sun; and he cried with a loud voice, saying to all the birds that fly in the midst of heaven, “Come and gather together for the supper of the great God, 19:18 that you may eat the flesh of kings, the flesh of captains, the flesh of mighty men, the flesh of horses and of those who sit on them, and the flesh of all people, free and slave, both small and great.” 19:19 And I saw the beast, the kings of the earth, and their armies, gathered together to make war against Him who sat on the horse and against His army. 19:20 Then the beast was captured, and with him the false prophet who worked signs in his presence, by which he deceived those who received the mark of the beast and those who worshiped his image. These two were cast alive into the lake of fire burning with brimstone. 19:21 And the rest were killed with the Sword which proceeded from the mouth of Him who sat on the horse. And all the birds were filled with their flesh.

Isaiah 63:3 “I have trodden the winepress alone, and from the peoples no one was with Me. For I have trodden them in My anger, and trampled them in My fury; their blood is sprinkled upon My garments, and I have stained all My robes. 63:4 For the Day of Vengeance is in My heart, and the Year of My redeemed has come. 63:5 I looked, there was no one to help… Therefore My own Arm brought Salvation for Me; and My own fury, it sustained Me. 63:6 I have trodden down the peoples in My anger, made them drunk in My fury, and brought down their strength to the earth.”

In biblical times 2000 years ago, when the Jerusalem Temple was up and functioning, the high priest of Israel on only one holy day of the year, on the Day of Yom Kippur, the Day of Atonement, would enter the Holy of Holies in the Temple with blood sacrifice of both a ram and a goat, and he would sprinkle the blood on the Mercy Seat, which was located on the east side of the top of the Ark of the Covenant. The high priest did this to receive God’s blessings of forgiveness for one year for his own sins, for the sins of the other Aaronic priests, and the sins of the people of Israel.

It will be on that same day in Heaven, the Day of Atonementon Yom Kippur, in just a few years from now, that Yeshua, the Great High Priest of Heaven will leave Heaven to return to earth, to physically save those still alive on earth and to also provide Atonement for them who have called on Him to be their Lord and Savior and forgive them from all their sins. He will save them on that Day from all their enemies. It will be on that same Day that Yeshua will single handedly destroy all His enemies on the earthas He returns with His bride and the rest of His believing armies, along with His angelic hosts of armies. After that He will begin establishing the Kingdom of Heaven on the earth. He will begin with the celebration of the Marriage Supper of the Lamb held in Jerusalem on that great fall harvest festival, the Feast Succoththe Feast of Tabernacles, the 7th biblical Feast of the LORD

Isaiah 25:6 And in this mountain the LORD of hosts will make for all people a feast of choice pieces, a feast of wines on the lees, of fat things full of marrow, of well-refined wines on the lees. 25:7 And He will destroy on this mountain the surface of the covering cast over all people, and the veil that is spread over all nations. 25:8 He will swallow up death forever, and the Lord GOD will wipe away tears from all faces; the rebuke of His people He will take away from all the earth; for the LORD has spoken. 25:9 And it will be said in that Day, “Behold, this is our God; we have waited for Him, and He will save us. This is the LORD; we have waited for Him; we will be glad and Rejoice in His Salvation!”

Actually there is one more very important place in the Scriptures which specifically talks of many shofars being sounded throughout the whole land of Israel on Yom Kippur, on the Day of Atonement, the Year when Yeshua, the God of Israel returns to save His People. Yeshua’s Great Shofar blast will be on the true Year of Jubilee! It will be the year after 7 Shemitah cycles of 7 years, that 50th Year.

But before we look at this, let’s look back into history …

The First Trumpet blast that Yeshua ever sounded was done from the top of Mount Sinai. That Shofar blast was called Jubal (or Jubilee) in Exodus 19:13. For it was done on the first Jubileeas it was sounded 50 days after Israel had left Egypt. So Yeshua’s final Shofar blast will also be done on the last Year of Jubilee!

Exodus 19:5, 6 “‘Now therefore, if you will indeed obey My voice and keep My Covenant, then you shall be a special treasure to Me above all people; for all the earth is Mine. And you shall be to Me a Kingdom of priests and a holy nation.’ These are the words which you shall speak to the children of Israel.” “When the Jubal (Jubilee) 19:13 sounds long, they shall come near the mountain.”

Then it came to pass on the third day, in the morning, that there were thunderings and lightnings, and a thick cloud on the mountain; and the sound of the Shofar (19:16) was very loud, so that all the people who were in the camp trembled. Now Mount Sinai was completely in smoke, because the LORD descended upon it in fire. Its smoke ascended like the smoke of a furnace, and the whole mountain quaked greatly. And when the blast of the Shofar (19:19) sounded long and became louder and louderMoses spoke, and God answered him by Voice.

Leviticus 25:8 “ ‘And you shall count seven sabbaths of years for yourself, seven times seven years; and the time of the seven sabbaths of years shall be to you forty-nine years. 25:9 Then you shall cause the trumpet of the Jubilee to sound on the tenth day of the seventh month (Yom Kippur); on the Day of Atonement you shall make the trumpet to sound throughout all your land. 25:10 And you shall consecrate the fiftieth year, and proclaim liberty throughout all the land to all its inhabitants. It shall be a Jubilee for you; and each of you shall return to his possession, and each of you shall return to his family.  25:11 That fiftieth year shall be a Jubilee to you!’ ”

All these revelations on the mysteries of Yom Kippur, the Day of Atonement are from the Lord Yeshua.  These teachings have been given to me over many years by the Spirit of the Living God, wo lives in me, and also in all true believers of our Lord Yeshua.
