Scriptural basis for the Salvation of Israel

To clearly see this answer we need to go back to the beginning, to the book of Genesis.  For the earliest foundations of this answer were first hidden in the story of Abraham, and next in the story of Jacob, whose name was later changed to Israel.  But this mystery really surfaced in Egypt, when Joseph revealed himself to his eleven brothers, nine of whom had sold him into slavery in Egypt.

Genesis 22:1 Now it came to pass after these things that God tested Abraham, and said to him, “Abraham!” And he said, “Here I am.” 22:2  Then He said, “Take now your son, your only son Isaac, whom you love, and go to the land of Moriah, and offer him there as a burnt offering on one of the mountains of which I shall tell you.” 22:8  And Abraham said, My son, God will provide Himself the Lamb for a burnt offering.  22:11  But the Angel of the LORD called to him out of Heaven …  22:12  And He said, “Do not lay your hand upon the lad, neither do anything to him, for now I know that you fear God, seeing that you have not withheld your son from Me, your only son.” 22:15  Then the Angel of the LORD called to Abraham out of Heaven the second time,  22:16  and said, “By Myself I have sworn, says the LORD, because you have done this thing, and have not withheld your son, your only son,  22:17 blessing I will bless you, and in multiplying I will multiply your seed as the stars of the heaven, and as the sand which is upon the sea shore; your descendants shall possess the gate of your enemies. 22:18  In your Seed (the Messiah) all the nations of the earth shall be blessed, because you have obeyed My Voice!

The Angel of the LORD is pre-incarnate Yeshua, who, when Abraham offered up his only son Isaac whom he loved as a sacrifice to God, that God’s only begotten Son, the Word of God, announced (but unwritten) that He, Father God’s beloved only begotten Son, would also offer His life for the life of the world.

Genesis 37:3  Now Israel loved Joseph more than all his children, because he was the son of his old age.  Also he made him a tunic of many colors.  37:4  But when his brothers saw that their father loved him more than all his brothers, they hated him and could not speak peaceably to him. 37:5 Now Joseph had a dream, and he told it to his brothers; and they hated him even more.  37:6   So he said to them, “Please hear this dream which I have dreamed: 37:7 There we were, binding sheaves in the field.  Then behold, my sheaf arose and also stood upright; and indeed your sheaves stood all around and bowed down to my sheaf.” 37:8  And his brothers said to him, “Shall you indeed reign over us?  Or shall you indeed have dominion over us?”  So they hated him even more for his dreams and for his words.  37:9  Then he dreamed still another dream and told it to his brothers, and said, “Look, I have dreamed another dream.  And this time, the sun, the moon, and the eleven stars bowed down to me.”  37:10  So he told it to his father and his brothers; and his father rebuked him and said to him, “What is this dream that you have dreamed?  Shall your mother and I and your brothers indeed come to bow down to the earth before you?” 37:11 And his brothers envied him, but his father kept the matter in mind.

Genesis 37:18  Now when they saw him afar off, even before he came near them, they conspired against him to kill him.  37:19 Then they said to one another, “Look, this dreamer is coming! 37:20  Come therefore, let us now kill him and cast him into some pit; and we shall say, ‘Some wild beast has devoured him.’  We shall see what will become of his dreams!”  37:21  But Reuben heard it, and he delivered him out of their hands, and said, “Let us not kill him!” 37:22  And Reuben said to them, “Shed no blood, but cast him into this pit which is in the wilderness, and do not lay a hand on him,” that he might deliver him out of their hands, and bring him back to his father.  37:26  So Judah said to his brothers, “What profit is there if we kill our brother and conceal his blood? 37:27  Come and let us sell him to the Ishmaelites, and let not our hand be upon him, for he is our brother and our flesh.”

Genesis 44:18  Then Judah came near to him (Pharaoh’s 2nd in command [Joseph]) and said: “O my lord, please let your servant speak a word in my lord’s hearing, and do not let your anger burn against your servant; for you are even like Pharaoh.  44:19  My lord asked his servants, saying, ‘Have you a father or a brother?’  44:20 And we said to my lord, ‘We have a father, an old man, and a child of his old age, who is young; his brother is dead, and he alone is left of his mother’s children, and his father loves him.’ 44:21  Then you said to your servants, ‘Bring him down to me, that I may set my eyes on him.’  44:22  And we said to my lord, ‘The lad cannot leave his father, for if he should leave his father, his father would die.’  44:23  But you said to your servants, ‘Unless your youngest brother comes down with you, you shall see my face no more.’ 44:24  “So it was, when we went up to your servant my father, that we told him the words of my lord.  44:25  And our father said, ‘Go back and buy us a little food.’  44:26  But we said, ‘We cannot go down; if our youngest brother is with us, then we will go down; for we may not see the man’s face unless our youngest brother is with us.’  44:27  Then your servant my father said to us, ‘You know that my wife bore me two sons;  44:28  and the one went out from me, and I said, “Surely he is torn to pieces”; and I have not seen him since.  44:29  But if you take this one also from me, and calamity befalls him, you shall bring down my gray hair with sorrow to the grave.’  44:30  “Now therefore, when I come to your servant my father, and the lad is not with us, since his life is bound up in the lad’s life, 44:31  it will happen, when he sees that the lad is not with us, that he will die.  So your servants will bring down the gray hair of your servant our father with sorrow to the grave.  44:32  For your servant became surety for the lad to my father, saying, ‘If I do not bring him back to you, then I shall bear the blame before my father forever.’  44:33  Now therefore, please let your servant remain instead of the lad as a slave to my lord, and let the lad go up with his brothers.  44:34  For how shall I go up to my father if the lad is not with me, lest perhaps I see the evil that would come upon my father?”

It is important for you to see from Judah’s own testimony that his father Jacob may have thought of Rachel as his only wife, and not the other three women who also bore Jacob’s other 10 sons. This may have been more reason for Joseph’s brother’s to hate him.

Genesis 45:3  Then Joseph said to his brothers, “I am Yoseph; does my father still live?”  But his brothers could not answer him, for they were dismayed in his presence.  45:4  And Joseph said to his brothers, “Please come near to me.”  So they came near.  Then he said, “I am Yoseph your brother, whom you sold into Egypt. 45:5 But now, do not therefore be grieved or angry with yourselves because you sold me here; for God sent me before you to preserve life.  45:7  And God sent me before you to preserve a posterity for you in the earth, and to save your lives by a great deliverance.

Genesis 50:15  When Joseph’s brothers saw that their father was dead, they said, “Perhaps Joseph will hate us, and may actually repay us for all the evil which we did to him.”  50:16  So they sent messengers to Joseph, saying, “Before your father died he commanded, saying,  50:17  ‘Thus you shall say to Joseph,

“I beg you, please forgive the trespass of your brothers and their sin; for they did evil to you.” ’  Now, please, forgive the trespass of the servants of the God of your father.”  And Joseph wept when they spoke to him.  50:18  Then his brothers also went and fell down before his face, and they said, “Behold, we are your servants.” 50:19  Joseph said to them, “Do not be afraid, for am I in the place of God?  50:20  But as for you, you meant evil against me; but God meant it for good, in order to bring it about as it is this day, to save many people alive.  50:21  Now therefore, do not be afraid; I will provide for you and your little ones.”  And he comforted them and spoke kindly to them.

Then this mystery of the Way of Salvation was next seen in the Messianic prophesies of the Holy Scriptures of the Torah and the Tanakh about God’s promised coming Messiah.

Deuteronomy 18:15, 18, 19  The LORD your God will raise up for you a Prophet from the midst of you, of your brothers, like unto me (Moses); Him you shall hear!  I will raise up a Prophet from among their brothers, like unto you (Moses), and I will put My Words in His mouth; and He shall speak to them all that I command Him. And it shall come to pass that whosoever will not listen to My Words which He shall speak in My nameI will require it of him!

Isaiah 9:6, 7  For unto us a Child is born, unto us a Son is given. And the Government shall be upon His shoulder.  And His Name shall be called Wonderful (Miracle), Counsellor, the Mighty God, the Everlasting Father, the Prince of Peace.  Of the increase of His Government and Peace there shall be no end upon the Throne of David, and over His Kingdom, to order it, and to establish it with Judgment and Justice, from henceforth and even forever.

The zeal of the LORD of hosts will perform this.

Zechariah 12:10  “And I will pour on the house of David and on the inhabitants of Jerusalem the Spirit of grace and supplication; then they will look on Me whom they Pierced!  Yes, they will mourn for Him as one mourns for his only son, and grieve for Him as one grieves for a firstborn.”

Proverbs 30:4  Who has ascended up into Heaven, or descended? Who has gathered the wind in His fists?  Who has bound the waters in a garment? Who has established all the ends of the earth? What is His name and what is His Son’s name, if you can tell?

Daniel 7:9, 13, 14  I watched till Thrones were put in place, and the Ancient of Days was seated; His garment was white as snow, the hair of His head like pure wool…  I saw in the night visions, and, behold, one like the Son of Man came with the Clouds of Heaven, and came to the Ancient of Days, and they brought Him near before Him.  And there was given Him Dominion, and Glory, and a Kingdom, that all peoples, nations, and languages should serve HimHis Dominion is an Everlasting Dominion, which shall not pass away, and His Kingdom that which shall not be destroyed!

Leviticus 19:15  “‘You shall do no injustice in judgment. You shall not be partial to the poor, nor honor the person of the mighty.  In righteousness you shall judge your neighbor.  19:16  You shall not go about as a talebearer among your people; nor shall you take a stand against the life of your neighbor; I am the LORD.  19:17 ‘You shall not hate your brother in your heart.  You shall surely rebuke your neighbor, and not bear sin because of him.  19:18  You shall not take vengeance, nor bear any grudge against the children of your people, but you shall love your neighbor as yourself, I am the LORD.’ ”

Zechariah 8:16  “ ‘These are the things you shall do: Speak each man the truth to his neighbor; give judgment in your gates for truth, justice, and peace;  8:17  Let none of you think evil in your heart against your neighbor; and do not love a false oath. For all these are things that I hate,’ says the LORD.”

And then Salvation, Yeshua Himself, came to earth born as our Savior, born through the virgin, as both the Son of God and the Son of man.  But, only as the Son of man could He Save us from all our sins, and also Save the earth from all sins committed on it.

John 14:6  Yeshua said to him, “I am the Way, the Truth, and the Life.  No one comes to My Father except through Me!”  14:7

If you had known Me, you would have known My Father also; and from now on you know Him and have seen Him.” 14:8  Philip said to Him, “Lord, show us Your Father, and it is sufficient for us.” 14:9  Yeshua said to him, “Have I been with you so long, and yet you have not known Me, Philip?  He who has seen Me has seen My Father; so how can you say, ‘Show us Your Father’?  14:10  Do you not believe that I am in My Father, and My Father in Me? The Words that I speak to you I do not speak on My own authority; but My Father who dwells in Me does the works.  14:20  At that Day you will know that I am in My Father, and you in Me, and I in you.”

John 17:3  “And this is Eternal Life, that they may know Youthe only true God, and Yeshua the Messiah You have sent.”

John 17:26  “And I have declared to them Your name, and will declare it, that the Love with which You Loved Me may be in them, and I in them.”

1 John 4:14  And we have seen and testify that the Father has    sent the Son as Savior of the world. 4:15  Whoever confesses that Yeshua is the Son of God, God abides in him, and he in God.  4:16 And we have known and believed the love that God has for us. God is Love, and he who abides in love abides in God, and God in him.  4:17  Love has been perfected among us in this: that we may have boldness in the Day of Judgment; because as He is, so are we in this world.  4:18  There is no fear in love; but perfect love casts out fear, because fear involves torment.  But he who fears has not been made perfect in love.  4:19  We love Him because He first loved us.  4:20  If someone says, “I love God,” and hates his brother, he is a liar; for he who does not love his brother whom    he has seen, how can he love God whom he has not seen? 4:21 And this commandment we have from Him: that he who loves God must love his brother also.

Just before Yeshua died, He spoke this great mystery Answer, this Key for the Salvation of Israel.

Listen to His most amazing statement which He said to all 12 disciples, telling them the real spiritual Truth of their lost nature:

John 14:18 I will not leave you orphans! I will come to you.”

Yeshua was telling all His disciples that they were orphans,    all disconnected in their spirit from Father God, Yeshua’s Father. That He would not leave them as orphans, but that He would come to them through God the Holy Spirit, so that they would be able to become real sons of God, but only through Yeshua

John 14:6 Yeshua said to him, “I am the Way, the Truth, and the LifeNo one comes to My Father except through Me!”

This answer is also related to the great mystery of Malachi 4:6 prophesy, which is connected to Eliyahu’s second coming, who, I believe this time will be coming as a company of “ ‘the least of these’ in the Kingdom of God!”  Matthew 11:11; Luke 7:28.

Malachi 4:6  “And he (coming in the spirit and power of Eliyahu) will turn the hearts of the fathers to the children, [this first part was done by John (Yochanan) 2000 years ago] and (coming today to) turn the hearts of the children to their fathers, lest I come and strike the land (of Israel) with a curse.”

For both we, the Messianic and the Church Body of believers, and also they, Israeli Orthodox religious Jews, both need the Father’s Blessing!  But especially Israeli Orthodox religious Jews, who have basically left the written Word of God in preference to their divine Oral Torah, which, as they have falsely claimed, was never given by God to Moses at Mount Sinai.

For this major focus on their Oral Torah is definitely a great factor why they cannot see the promised Messiah in the Holy Scriptures of the Torah and the Tanakh.  For they choose to avoid  all Scriptures which in any way look like Yeshua as their Messiah.

We all need the baptism and Outpouring of the Holy Spirit to happen again, like on that Shavuot (Pentecost) in the Upper Room that day almost 2000 years ago in Jerusalem, on Mount Zion hill!

But God can only do this to us when we turn back to the God of Israel, coming to Him only through Yeshua, God’s only begotten Son, our Savior (Messiah), and our Lord!

But God can do whatever He wants to do!  And He may decide to sovereignly pour out His Holy Spirit of the Father’s Love upon multitudes of Israeli Orthodox religious Jews before they ever accept Yeshua as their Messiah and Lord, just because of His Great Love and Mercy for them. Remember Yeshua first healed many, who only afterwards realized that He was their true Messiah.

For God, the Good Shepherd, knows those who are His real sheep.

To Israeli Orthodox religious Jews, we Israeli Messianic Jews may be like Joseph to his 10 other brothers. For He, unlike them, was the only one really loved by his father Yacob.

And today we are truly loved by our heavenly Father.  But this is only because we have turned to God’s Son, Yeshua, as our Savior and Lord, and repented for all of our sins, and accepted Yeshua’s free gift of Him dying as our Savior, in our place, for all our sins, and giving us Eternal Life with Himself and His Father.

And, as it is also in this case today, since we, the Israeli Messianic Jews are the ones really loved by our Heavenly Father, therefore the Israeli Orthodox religious Jews who have left the Word of God in preference to their Oral Torah, really hate us.

And when they soon come into great political power in Israel, just after the soon coming Gog Magog War, they will also try to get rid of us from Israel.

There is another major reason to understand why they hate us.

God had announced that He would make a New Covenant with Israel, in Jeremiah 31:31-34, since Israel had not kept God’s Word, but had broken God’s covenant.  See Exodus 19:5, 6.

In Hebrews 8:6-13, it says that this New Covenant had made the first covenant become obsolete …

Hebrews 8:13  In that He says, “A New Covenant,” He has made the first obsolete.  Now what is becoming obsolete and growing old is ready to vanish away.

And so with Israeli Orthodox religious Jews now reforming their Aaronic priesthood, and soon rebuilding their temple for doing animal sacrifices to God, when God has already established a new Priesthood on earth, the Melchi Zedek Priesthood through His Son Yeshua with all the Messianic and Church believers, there would naturally be some real conflicts of interest, wouldn’t you say!

Lord Yeshua, now that we see the answer to this question about the Salvation of Israelshow us just how we should pray for our lost Jewish fathers of the faith, of the Torah and the Tanakh (the Old Covenant).

For we, like Joseph, have been called to help save these lost Jewish father’s of the faith, for, as stated in the second part of the Malachi 4:6 prophesy, ‘for the hearts of the children to turn to their lost Jewish fathers.’  So that You, Father God, do not have to curse the land of Israel, but instead would bless it.  So that Jerusalem and Israel may truly become a Blessing in all the earth, and that Your people Israel would also become a light to the nations of the earth!

Yes, Father God’s divine Love is the only thing that can save Israel. For the outpouring of Father God‘s divine Love generally comes with confession & repentance of sins, and acceptance of Yeshua as Messiah, Savior, and Lord. For Yeshua is the One who died in their place for all of their sins.

Father God, by Your great Mercy, Save these lost Jews!

Holy Spirit send Your wonderful divine Love into the hearts of every lost of Israel. Pour out Your Holy Spirit of Love upon those of them who are still able to turn back to the Living God, but only thru believing in their Messiah Yeshua!
And let them be changed from their orphan spirit into having a real relationship of sonship with the Living God!

But Father God also do a much greater work in all of us, in Your Messianic and Church Body of believers, in those of us who know that we still need to have so much more of Father’s Love, and in a much deeper and greater way, in order to remove all the traces of the orphan spirit’s poison in us, from mankind’s fall from God in the Garden of Eden.

John 13:34  “A new commandment I give to you, that you love one another; as I have loved you, that you also love one another. 13:35  By this all will know that you are My disciples, if you have love for one another.”

John 3:13  “No one has ascended to Heaven but He who came down from Heaven, that is, the Son of Man who is in Heaven. 3:14 And as Moses lifted up the serpent in the wilderness, even so must the Son of Man be lifted up,  3:15  that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have Eternal Life.  3:16  For God so Loved the world He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have Everlasting Life. 3:17 For God did not send His Son into the world to condemn the world, but that the world through Him might be Saved.  3:18 He who believes in Him is not condemned; but he who does not believe is condemned already, because he has not believed in the name of the only begotten Son of God.  3:19  And this is the condemnation, that the light has come into the world, and men loved darkness rather than light, because their deeds were evil. 3:20  For everyone practicing evil hates the light and does not come to the light, lest his deeds should be exposed.  3:21  But he who does the Truth comes to the light, that his deeds may be clearly seen, that they have been done in God.”

John 3:3  Yeshua answered and said to him, “Most assuredly, I say to you, unless one is ‘born again’, he cannot see the Kingdom of God.” 3:4  Nicodemus said to Him, “How can a man be born when he is old? Can he enter a second time into his mother’s womb and be born?”  3:5  Yeshua answered, “Most assuredly, I say to you, unless one is born of water and the Spirit, he cannot enter the Kingdom of God.  3:6  That which is born of the flesh is flesh, and that which is born of the Spirit is spirit.  3:7  Do not marvel that I said to you, ‘You must be ‘born again’.’ 3:8  The wind blows where it wishes, and you hear the sound of it, but cannot tell where it comes from and where it goes.  So is everyone who is born of the Spirit.”

Matthew 3:11  “I indeed baptize you with water unto repentance, but He who is coming after me is mightier than I, whose sandals I am not worthy to carry.  He will baptize you with the Holy Spirit and fire.” (also in Luke 3:16)

John 14:21  “He who has My commandments and keeps them, it is he who loves Me.  And he who loves Me will be loved by My Father, and I will love him and manifest Myself to him.”

John 14:23  Yeshua answered and said to him, “If anyone loves Me, he will keep My Word; and My Father will love him, and We will come to him and make Our home with him.  14:24 He who does not love Me does not keep My Words; and the Word which you hear is not Mine but the Father’s who sent Me.”

John 15:13 “Greater love has no one than this, than to lay down one’s life for his friends.  15:14  You are My friends if you do whatever I command you!

Matthew 5:44  “But I say to you, love your enemies, bless those who curse you, do good to those who hate you, and pray for those who spitefully use you and persecute you,  5:45  that you may be sons of your Father in Heaven; for He makes His sun rise on the evil and on the good, and sends rain on the just and on the unjust.”

(Also in Luke 6:27 and Luke 6:35)

Romans 11:26 And so all Israel will be saved, as it is written,  “The Deliverer will come out of Zion, and He will turn away ungodliness from Jacob;  11:27  For this is My Covenant with them, when I take away their sins.”  11:28  Concerning the Gospel they are enemies for your sake, but concerning the election they are beloved for the sake of the fathers.

Romans 13:8  Owe no one anything except to love one anotherfor he who loves another has fulfilled the law.

Philippians 2:3  Let nothing be done through selfish ambition or conceit, but in lowliness of mind let each esteem others better than himself

Ephesians 2:8  For by Grace you have been saved through faith, and that not of yourselves; it is the gift of God, 2:9 not of works, lest anyone should boast. 2:10 For we are His workmanship, created in Messiah Yeshua for good works, which God prepared beforehand that we should walk in them.

Ephesians 4:1 I,  therefore, the prisoner of the Lord, beseech you to walk worthy of the calling with which you were called,  4:2  with all lowliness and gentleness, with longsuffering, bearing with one another in love,  4:3  endeavoring to keep the unity of the Spirit in the bond of peace.  4:4  There is one Body and one Spirit, just as you were called in one hope of your calling;  4:11  And He Himself gave some to be apostles, some prophets, some evangelists, and some pastors and teachers,  4:12  for the equipping of the saints for the work of ministry, for the edifying of the Body of Messiah,  4:13  until we all come to the unity of the faith and of the knowledge of the Son of God, to a perfect man, to the measure of the stature of the fullness of Messiah;  4:15  but, speaking the Truth in love, may grow up in all things into Him who is the head, Messiah,  4:16  from whom the whole Body, joined and knit together by what every joint supplies, according to the effective working by which every part does its share, causes growth of the Body for the edifying of itself in love.

Hebrews 2:10 For it was fitting for Him, for whom are all things and by whom are all things, in bringing many sons to Glory, to make the Captain of their Salvation perfect through sufferings

Proverbs 25:2  It is the Glory of God to conceal a matter, but the glory of kings is to search out a matter.

Father God’s divine plan of Love is the Eternal Answer not only for Israel, but also for the whole world, for everyone!
