The Mystery of the Fall Feast of Trumpets, the Fifth biblical Feast of the LORD

669

The Fifth Feast of Trumpets is truly the real Mystery Feast of the whole Bible for End Times!

This is the Marriage Feast of Yeshua and His Bride, which will be held in Heaven!

This is the Wedding Feast of King Priest Yeshua, the Lamb of God, and the Lion of Judah, with His beloved Bride!

The 7 Feasts of the LORD in Leviticus 23 are God’s Feasts, given from God to Israel to follow and obey.  They were also given for Israel to teach to the nations of the earth.  These Feasts of God are called mo’edim, or the appointed times of the LORD.  The first four of these Feasts of the LORD have already been fulfilled.  But the last three, the Fall Feasts of the LORD are yet to be fulfilled.

Yeshua said in John 8:31, 32, “If you abide in My Word, you are My disciples indeed.  And you shall know the Truth, and the Truth shall make you free!

Israel, the Messianic Body, and many of the Church believers  in Yeshua yearly celebrate the Fifth Feast of the 7 Feasts of the LORD, found in Leviticus 23:24, and also found in Numbers 29:1.

This Feast was originally given the name of Zichron Teruah by God.  And later God also called this Feast Yom Teruah.  But this Feast is more popularly known as the Feast of Trumpets

Israeli Jews and Jewish people throughout the world have incorrectly called this fifth Feast Rosh Ha Shanah (Jewish New Years)!  For according to God’s Word there was never a Jewish biblical feast on the 1st day of the 7th month called Rosh Ha Shanah (Jewish New Years)!  How then and when did this great error and this great deception ever happen?

This deception has been perpetuated for almost 1800 years now. The term Rosh HaShanah or ‘head of the year’ is found only once in the Old Testament, in Ezekiel 40:1. It was written by Ezekiel, a Zadokite priest and prophet, regarding Israel’s first month called Abib. So where and when did this idea of naming the 7th month Tishri, and also re-naming the Feast on the first day of that month Rosh HaShanah ever come from?

The Babylonians celebrated their new years twice a year, both on Nisan 1 in the spring, and also on Tishri 1 in the fall.  This idea of having two new years was later copied by the Israeli religious Jews while living in exile in Babylon in the 5th century, B.C.E.

The Babylonian’s 7th month was called Tishri, meaning beginnings, one of their two new years.  Israel’s 7th month was later named Tishri, instead of just calling it the 7th month as God had directed, and also the name Rosh HaShanah was later given for God’s Feast on the 1st day of Israel’s 7th month.  That name Rosh HaShanah first appeared in the early rabbinical Jewish writings of the Mishnah about 200 A.D. And then later in the rabbinic Jewish writings in the Talmud in the 3rd century.

God told Moses to tell Israel in Exodus 12:2 which month was to be Israel’s 1st month of the year, and therefore its New Years

Exodus 12:2 “This month (Passover being on the 14th day of the month) shall be your beginning of months; it shall be the first month of the year to you.”

But the religious Jews added to God’s Word, giving the 7th month the name Tishri, when God had told Israel to only number their months.  They also called the Feast on the first day of the 7th month another name, Rosh HaShanah, a name which God had never given to it.  That is one of the reasons why this Fifth Feast of the LORD has remained until today as the true mystery Feast of the whole Bible.

Yes, of the 7 Feasts of the LORD, the Fifth Feast is truly the mystery Feast of the whole Bible.  This Fifth Feast was first named Zichron Teruah in Leviticus 23:23. Then the LORD spoke to Moses, saying,  23:24  “Speak to the children of Israel, saying, ‘In the seventh month, on the first day of the month, you shall  have a sabbath rest, Zichron Teruah, (which means a memorial of blowing of teruah [or trumpets]), a holy convocation.  23:25  You shall do no customary work on it; and you shall offer an offering made by fire to the LORD.’ ”

Later God again told Israel more about this Fifth Feast in Numbers 29:1, ‘And in the seventh month, on the first day of the month, you shall have a holy convocation.  You shall do no customary work.  For you it is Yom Teruah (a day of blowing of the trumpets).’

Both these two names are in commemoration for the time when the Lord sounded His first Shofar blasts over Mount Sinai in Exodus 19.  His first Trumpet blast was in Exodus 19:13, and was called Jubal, for Israel’s first Jubilee, occurring 50 days after Israel had left Egypt.  Then in Exodus 19:16 and 19:19 are two more (in Hebrew) Shofar  blasts done by God.  These first Shofar blasts collectively were known as the First Trump!  This was done on the Fourth Feast of the LORD, on Shavuot (Pentecost)!

Exodus 19:5  “ ‘Now therefore, if you will indeed obey My voice and keep My Covenant, then you shall be a special treasure to Me above all people; for all the earth is Mine. 19:6  And you shall be to Me a Kingdom of priests and a holy nation.’  These are the words which you shall speak to the children of Israel.”

Exodus 19:13  “When the Jubal (Jubilee) sounds long, they shall come near the mountain.”  19:16  Then it came to pass on the third day, in the morning, that there were thunderings and lightnings, and a thick cloud on the mountain; and the sound of the Shofar was very loud, so that all the people who were in the camp trembled.  19:18  Now Mount Sinai was completely in smoke, because the LORD descended upon it in fire.  Its smoke ascended like the smoke of a furnace, and the whole mountain quaked greatly.  19:19  And when the blast of the Shofar sounded long and became louder and louder, Moses spoke, and God answered him by voice.

That Shofar was sounded from heaven right above Mount Sinai, and was just before God spoke to Israel, and gave to them the 10 Commandments.  And there God also entered into a Marriage Betrothal Covenant with Israel and also with the nations, with  those mixed multitude of Gentiles who came out of Egypt with the people of Israel during the Passover exodus. (See Exodus 24:1-11)

Exodus 20:18  Now all the people witnessed the thunderings, the lightning flashes, the sound of the Shofar, and the mountain smoking; and when the people saw it, they trembled and stood afar off.  20:19  Then they said to Moses, “You speak with us, and we will hear; but let not God speak with us, lest we die.”

The real origin of those 1st Shofar blasts at Mount Sinai goes all the way back to Genesis 22:1-18, when Abraham brought Isaac up onto Mount Moriah to sacrifice him to God.  And there the Angel of the LORD (Yeshua) spared Isaac’s life by providing a ram caught in the thicket by both of its horns (shofars), which ram would then be used by God as a substitutional sacrifice for Isaac’s life, so that the nation of Israel could be created.

And those two horns of that ram would also later represent the two times when Yeshua would use His voice as a Shofar for calling for His Bride to come forth from both Israel and the nations. This was first done by the Lord Yeshua over Mount Sinai.

How do we know for sure the Lord Yeshua is the one who sounded those Shofar blasts over Mount Sinai? You can see this Truth clearly by looking at another one of those 10 places in the Bible where Yeshua sounds the Shofar of God, in Zechariah 9:14, “Then the LORD will be seen over them, and His arrow will go forth like lightning. The Lord GOD (Yeshua) will blow the Shofar, and go with whirlwinds from the south.”  i.e. the Feast of Battle!

Yeshua will once again use His Voice as a Shofar blast, which  is called the Last Trump, His Great Trumpet call as He returns from Heaven with His Bride and the rest of His believing armies at the end of the last year of the 7 years of Daniel’s 70th Week.  (see Daniel 9:27) This will happen on the 6th biblical Feast of the LORD called the Feast of Yom Kippur, the Day of Atonement.

But before Yeshua returns to the earth, Yeshua’s Marriage will first take place in Heaven with His Bride (His Wife) on the Fifth Feast of the LORD, the Feast of Trumpets, followed by a one year honeymoon in Heaven!

Read about this one year honeymoon in Deuteronomy 24:5. This honeymoon in Heaven will take place during that last year of the seven years of Daniel’s 70th Week, which was supposed to have been a year of rest for the land, but instead will be the year when the Wrath of God will be released onto the earth at the anti-Christ’s kingdom (read Isaiah 34:8 and Isaiah 63:3, 4) for the sake of saving God’s elect still alive on the earth.  Also read Matthew 24:22 and Revelation 11:15-18.

God first entered into a Marriage Betrothal Covenant with Israel and also with a mixed multitude of Gentiles at Mount Sinai, on the 4th Feast of the LORD called Shavuot (or Pentecost).  This Truth is only being taught by the Orthodox Jews.

Deuteronomy 29:10-15  “All of you stand today before the LORD your God: your leaders and your tribes and your elders and your officers, all the men of Israel, your little ones and your wives, also the stranger who is in your camp, from the one who cuts your wood to the one who draws your water, that you (both groups) may enter into Covenant with the LORD your God, and into His oath, which the LORD your God makes with you today, that He may establish you today as a people for Himself, and that He may be God to you, just as He has spoken to you, and just as He has sworn to your fathers, to Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob.

I make this Covenant and this oath, not with you alone, but with him who stands here with us today (the Gentiles) before the LORD our God, as well as with him who is not here with us today (the future generations) …”

That first Marriage Betrothal Covenant was made by God with both Israel and the Gentiles. That truth is very important!

Isaiah 54:5  For your Maker is your Husband, the LORD of hosts is His name; and your Redeemer is the Holy One of Israel; He is called the God of the whole earth.

Later God divorced Israel for their idolatry (see Jeremiah 3:8); but then God also promised them at that time that if backsliding Israel would return to their God that He would again take Israel back into this Marriage Betrothal.  (Read Jeremiah 3:12-14)

God later promised to make a New Covenant with Israel,  where Israel’s sins and iniquities would be totally forgiven them …

Jeremiah 31:31-34  “Behold, the days are coming, says the LORD, when I will make a New Covenant with the House of Israel and with the House of Judah, not according to the Covenant that I made with their fathers in the day that I took them by the hand to lead them out of the land of Egypt, My Covenant which they broke, though I was a Husband to them, says the LORD.  But this is the (Blood) Covenant that I will make with the House of Israel after those days, says the LORD, I will put My Torah in their minds, and write it on their hearts.  And I will be their God, and they shall be My people.  No more shall every man teach his neighbor, and every man his brother, saying, ‘Know the LORD,’ for they all shall know Me, from the least of them to the greatest  of them, says the LORD. For I will forgive their iniquity, and their sin I will remember no more!

Perhaps it was some 1480 years later after God had first come  down at Mount Sinai, bringing the children of Israel into that first Marriage Betrothal Covenant, which Israel had later broken, when God sent His messenger Yochanan the baptizer to announce to Israel that Yeshua, the Lamb of God, Israel’s Messiah was about  to enter into a new Marriage Betrothal Covenant with Israel.

John 3:28  “… I am not the Messiah, but, I have been sent  before Him.  3:29  He (the Messiah) who has the bride is the Bridegroom; but the friend of the Bridegroom, who stands and hears Him, rejoices greatly because of the Bridegroom’s voice.”

Then 3 1/2 years later, when 120 Israeli Jewish believers had assembled together in an Upper Room in Jerusalem, 10 days after our Resurrected Lord and Savior Yeshua returned to Heaven, God poured out His Holy Spirit into them, inaugurating this New Covenant, and a new Marriage Betrothal on those first 120 ‘born again’ Israeli believers. This again had taken place on the 4th Feast of the LORD, on the Feast of Shavuot (Pentecost).  And after that many other Gentile believers from the other nations were also brought into this New Covenant with the God of Israel.

We can now clearly see that if the 4th Feast of the LORD, the Feast of Shavuot has been used twice (first at Mount Sinai and then in the Upper Room) for God’s Marriage Betrothal to Israel and the nations, and if the 6th Feast of the LORD, Yom Kippuris the Day that Lord Yeshua’s return to earth, then it is obvious that the true Mystery of the 5th Feast of Trumpets has to be Yeshua’s Wedding in Heaven to His Bride, Israel and the Church!

That Fifth Feast, the Feast of Trumpets, will be consummated in Heaven in a few years with the Marriage of the Lamb of God Yeshua to His Bride, His Wife. God had prophesied about this Marriage in many different places in the Scriptures.

Hosea 2:19  “I will Betroth you to Me forever; Yes, I will betroth you to Me in Righteousness and Justice, in Lovingkindness and Mercy;  2:20  I will betroth you to Me in Faithfulness, and you shall know the LORD.”

John 14:2  “In My Father’s house are many mansions; if it were not so, I would have told you. I go to prepare a place for you. 14:3  And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come again and receive you to Myself; that where I am, there you may be also.”

John 17:23  “I in them, and You in Me; that they may be made perfect in One, and that the world may know that You have sent Me, and have Loved them as You have loved Me!  17:24  “Father, I desire that they also whom You gave Me may be with Me where I am, that they may behold My Glory which You have given Me;  for You Loved Me before the foundation of the world.  17:26  And I have declared to them Your name, and will declare it, that the Love with which You Loved Me may be in them, & I in them!

2 Corinthians 5:8  We are confident, yes, well pleased rather to be absent from the body and to be present with the Lord.

Matthew 25:1  “Then the Kingdom of Heaven shall be likened to ten virgins who took their lamps and went out to meet the Bridegroom.  25:2  Now five of them were wise, and five were foolish.  25:3  Those who were foolish took their lamps and took no oil with them,  25:4  but the wise took oil in their vessels with their lamps.  25:5  But while the Bridegroom was delayed, they all slumbered and slept.  25:6  And at Midnight a cry was heard, ‘Behold, the Bridegroom is coming; go out to meet Him!’  25:10 And while they went to buy, the Bridegroom came, and those who were ready went in with Him to the Wedding; and the door was shut.”  Revelation 10:1-7, tells us more about this mystery …

For by the mouth of 2 or 3 witnesses a thing shall be established.

Deuteronomy 19:15

Many years ago I asked the Lord Yeshua to show me where in the Scriptures, besides in Matthew 25:10, there was another place that showed Yeshua’s Bride being taken to Heaven for the Wedding.  He answered me by directing me to read Revelation 10:1-7

Revelation 10:1 I saw still another Mighty Angel (or Messenger [Yeshua]) coming down from Heaven, clothed with a cloud.

And a rainbow was on His head, His face was like the Sun, and His feet like pillars of fire.  10:2  He had a little book open in His hand. And He set His right foot on the sea and His left foot on the land, 10:3 and (this Mighty Messenger [Yeshua]) cried with a loud voice, as when a lion Roars.  When he cried out, seven thunders uttered their voices.  10:4 Now when the seven thunders uttered their voices, I was about to write; but I heard a voice from heaven saying to me, “Seal up the things which the seven thunders uttered, and do not write them.”  10:5  The Angel (or Mighty Messenger [Yeshua]) whom I saw standing on the sea and on the land raised up His hand to Heaven 10:6 and swore by Him who lives forever and ever, who created heaven and the things that are in it, the earth and the things that are in it, and the sea and the things that are in it, that there should be delay no longer, (see Matthew 25:5)  10:7 but in the days of the sounding of the seventh angel, when he is about to sound, (Revelation 11:15) the Mystery of God would be finished, as He (Yeshua) declared to His servants the prophets.

What is this Mystery of God?  I believe it is three fold …

1)  Yeshua on that Day would have made a Bride for Himself from His Creation.  Yeshua, the Son of God, began this when He died on the Cross as the Son of Man, giving His physical life and His perfect sinless Body and Blood, being pierced to create  out of His own Body the ‘One New Man,’ made up of all of His Ecclesia, all of His ‘born again’ Jewish and Gentile believers. And from His Body of ‘born again’ Jewish and Gentile believers,  many of them would become part of Yeshua’s Mystery Bride!

2)  And the second thing that Yeshua would do as the Son of Man would be to redeem the earth from all its sins with His Blood! See Genesis 3:17; Numbers 35:33; and especially Deuteronomy 32:43, “He will provide Atonement for His land and His people!”

3)  Also Yeshua, the Son of God, will be bringing the Kingdom of Heaven down to earth when He returns with His Bride and all His other saints coming with Him from Heaven!  Matthew 6:10

This Yeshua will do as He returns to earth at the end of the next seven years, the years of Daniel’s 70th Week, both destroying all His enemies as He returns, and purifying earth with His Holy Fire.

The Greatest Reward of all for ‘born again’ believer is to become part of Yeshua’s Mystery Bride!

Revelation 11:15 Then the seventh angel sounded.  And there were loud voices in Heaven, saying, “The kingdoms of this world have become the Kingdoms of our Lord and of His Messiah, and He shall Reign forever and ever!  11:18  The nations were angry, and Your Wrath has come, and the time of the dead, that they should be Judged.  And that You should reward Your servants the prophets and the saints, and those who fear Your name, small and great. And should destroy those who destroy the earth.”

The Mystery of Yeshua’s beloved Bride

The Church or Ecclesia (called-out-ones) is Yeshua Body!  Ephesians 1:22, 23; Colossians 1:17-20, 24; Ephesians 4:11-16; 1st Corinthians 12:27-31; and 1st Corinthains 13:1-13.

The Church is not Yeshua’s Bride!

This is a most important untaught Truth! However within Yeshua’s Body can be found Yeshua’s beloved Mystery Bride!

Yeshua was the firstfruits offering of the barley harvest of unleavened bread, during Passover.  Leviticus 23:5-10  Yeshua’s Bride is also a firstfruits offering.  She is the Shavuot firstfruits offering of the spring wheat harvest, made up of two leavened loaves from two different groups.  (see Leviticus 23:17)

Yeshua’s Bride is made up of two groups; both groups are sealed by God in their foreheads.  One group is the firstfruits offering from the Jewish Bride, coming from those of the 12 tribes of Israel: the 144,000 Jewish believers from Revelation 7:3-8.

And the second group are also the firstfruits offering, but  those from the Church: the 144,000 Gentiles, from the nations, seen in Revelation 14:1-5.

Yeshua’s Bride are those believers who live in the presence of God, in the very heart of God.  They are totally surrendered to our Lord Yeshua, putting Him first above all else.  They always obey His commands, especially His commands to love and prefer others above themselves. They are His closest and His most trusted friends, and also His best soldiers.  They are the ones always ready to carry out His most difficult and important assignments.  They are also the ones who have totally given their lives for Yeshua & for  others.  They have crucified their flesh, learning to let their Spirit be in control, by taking up their cross daily and following Yeshua.

Revelation 19:6  And I heard, as it were, the voice of a great multitude, as the sound of many waters and as the sound of mighty thunderings, saying, “Halleluia!  For the Lord God Omnipotent Reigns!  9:7 Let us be glad and rejoice and give Him Glory, for the Marriage of the Lamb has come, and His Wife (His Bride) (2 different groups, from Israel and the Church) has made herself ready!”  19:8  And to her it was granted to be arrayed in fine linen, clean & bright, for the fine linen is the righteous acts of the saints.  19:9  Then he said to me, “Write, ‘Blessed are those who are called to the Marriage Supper of the Lamb!’ ”  And he said to me, “These are the true sayings of God.”

In Heaven are all the true believers, those saints in Yeshua who have died over the centuries since Yeshua first ascended up to Heaven, and have gone to be with Yeshua and His Father.

That began from the time when Yeshua opened up Heaven for all of His Body, by dying and shedding His own Blood for us, and then being Resurrected from the dead, and ascending into Heaven.  Yeshua is Eternally Heaven’s beloved King as He is also Eternally Heaven’s beloved Great High Priest. (Psalms 24:10 & 110:1, 4)

All the believers in Heaven and also all those still on earth are each a member of Yeshua’s Body. But very few of these believers will become part of Yeshua’s Mystery Bride

Among all believers in Heaven there is a much smaller group  who are members of Yeshua’s Bride.  Yeshua’s Bride will be made up of two special groups of believers; one group will be 144,000 Jewish believers and the other group will be 144,000 Gentile believers. These two groups make up Yeshua’s special Bridal party.

Both groups have been waiting until the full number of members of Yeshua’s Bride will have been completed from those still alive on the earth, so that the Marriage of the Lamb can take place.

For Yeshua’s Wife is making Herself Ready!

This will happen at the Midnight Hour!  Matthew 25:3

When is that Midnight Hour? I believe it will happen very late in the Great Tribulation years, just before the final year begins.

This Wedding of Yeshua and His Bride will be followed by a one year honeymoon in Heaven.  See Deuteronomy 24:5

“When a man has taken a new wife, he shall not go out to war or be charged with any business; he shall be free at home one yearand bring happiness to his wife whom he has taken.”

But when this honeymoon begins in Heaven, back down on the earth the Day of the LORD will have begun with the outpouring of God’s Wrath!  God’s Wrath will be specifically poured out on  the anti Christ’s evil ones alive on earth.  (see Matthew 24:22, Isaiah 34:1-10; Isaiah 63:4-6)  God’s Wrath will last for one year, until the following year on the Day when Yeshua returns with His Bride and the rest of His believing armies.  He returns to earth on the Feast of Battle, on Yom Kippur, on the 10th day of the seventh month. That Day will begin God’s true Year of Jubilee!

Yom Kippur, the Day of Atonement is only atonement for those who have repented and accepted Yeshua and His sacrifice of dying for them, and shedding His Blood for all their sins.  But for others, especially for God’s enemies, it is God’s Day of Final Judgment!

A new 7 year Shemitah Cycle begins on September 26th, on this Feast of Trumpets!

Is that day also the beginning of Daniel’s 70th Week, the start of the last 7 years before Yeshua returns?

The day before the Feast of Trumpets, Tishri 1, Monday, September 26th, is Sunday, September 25th, which falls on the Hebrew calendar day of Elul 29Elul 29 has historically been the day when the New York Stock Market has had its greatest crashes.

If we are also about to enter Daniel’s 70th Week, let’s watch and see whether something major happens on this coming Sunday, Elul 29, the day before the Feast of Trumpets begins …
